Thank you for the video, I'm using this in 2019 and it's still relevant.
Just a note for others: I think you need to be reasonably close to the motor unit of the garage door or sliding door or whatever you have for this to be able to work.

For open the gate from remote its working normaly but every time i press the remote button for close the gate its not working and show "Er 35" at the mainboard

Please need a help.
Suddenly Gate (btf) open not closing, gives on digital screen (photo).
So I connect 21with 24, working perfectly without photocell, I bought new photocell, install it, Same problem even with new one, Same read on screen ( photo).any advice please?
