Thank you! I'm not sure who made the leather case for Sony. I can say after 17 months of daily use, the leather top is coming off on the corners of the case and revealing a plastic underside. Also the area around the USB-C port broke in half. It's too thin and being bumped by the USB-C cable daily did it in. It appears an extremely thin layer of leather was used all over the case. Its also fading as well to a dark gray color. For sure it's not top grain or full grain leather. I thought it would develop a nice patina after it had aged because Sony claimed this was high end leather. It appears to have been sanded, dyed and other coatings applied. It looks expensive but cheaply made. Not worth it's official price of $80US +.
