It accidentally happened to me few days ago . I had a game and i always wear a headband but i play kind of boring and slow . So i took off my headband put it on my wrist and started shooting jumpshots like never before i swear i had like 100% field goal like 5/5 jump shots from mid range . It just clicked i felt like a killer

I have a question, if you imagine yourself to be someone that excels at a certain area, say you’re a sniper. Then, aren’t you motivated to make more 3’s? But in your last video you said to not focus on accomplishments. I’m just wondering if they contradict each other.
Hi Derrick -- the trick is that the alter-ego is meant to elicit a feeling, whereas focusing on accomplishments is done in your thoughts. So the "feeling" of the alter-ego is a good thing; whereas focusing all of your thoughts on an accomplishment you want to attain is not.
Is there anyway to use meditation to allow the traits of our alter ego to seep into our body? I know that meditation is used to clear the mind, but is there anyway to use it to even change our thought processes, and emotion in order to play the game more effectively? For instance instead of being someone that has to worry about homework they have to do after the game, could they use meditation to change their thought processes and emotions, to be completely and totally enamored with whatever they are doing?
That's something you can actually work on doing while doing the thing you don't want to do (homework in this case). Yes, there's much to homework which we don't like. But maybe there's a few specific things you do? Perhaps it's a specific kind of problem, or the way you approach homework, or maybe it's that you listen to music and eat your favorite snack while doing homework. Focus on whatever aspect of it is most enjoyable, and it will become more enjoyable to do as you go on - Simon, Team DeepGame

Well, the Alter-Ego I have designed for myself, does not match that much my personality (off the court), but it does much my playing style at least.

At least 10 minutes per day, but you can go as long as you like! One of our pro players does 45 minutes every day.
