नांदेड जिल्ह्यातील रामतीर्थ मतदान केंद्रावर एक गंभीर प्रकार घडला आहे. भानुदास एडके या व्यक्तीने मतदान केंद्रात प्रवेश करत चक्क VVPAT मशीन आणि बलेट मशीन कुऱ्हाडीने तोडून टाकली. या व्यक्तीने मतदान केंद्रातील कर्मचाऱ्यावरही हल्ला करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. संविधान वाचवण्यासाठी आपण हे करत असल्याचे ओरडत होता. मतदान केंद्रावर ग्रह रक्षक दलाचे कर्मचारी तैनात होते पण त्यांचाही नाईलाज झाला. या फोडलेल्या मशीन मध्ये अंदाजे 500 मतदान झाले होते. पण कंट्रोल युनिट सुरक्षित असल्याने झालेले मतदानही सुरक्षित असल्याचं प्रशासनाचा दावा आहे.
