EWOQ Industry Webinar: Supporting energy consumers financially affected by COVID-19 in SE Queensland

The Energy and Water Ombudsman (EWOQ) hosted the Supporting Energy Consumers financially affected by COVID-19 - South East Queensland webinar on 20 October 2020.
Financial counsellors and community organisations joined Queensland’s Energy and Water Ombudsman, Jane Pires, for a conversation with energy retailers and distributors on delivering fair and reasonable outcomes for energy consumers experiencing financial difficulty - often for the first time.
This one-hour webinar includes presentations from AGL, Alinta Energy, Energex, EnergyAustralia and Origin Energy outlining their current and ongoing approach to customer support during the COVID-19 pandemic, along with a Q&A.
