I had a friend lose a frog on the island once, he got knocked off the thing and we never found it ever again. got no death notification for it and it just seemed to cease to exist. that tracking feature would have been so useful at the time to know what the hell happened.
Yeah I've lost way too many tames haha
I still miss my therizinosaurus, Salad Fingers. I lost him in the Red Woods and could never find him again.

I've also noticed with the Doedicerus is that you can change the direction you go when your using the roll when before you can only go straight and you hav to reset your roll if you want to change direction.
That was changed when genesis part 1 came out….

I don't think ark ascended is on Xbox one and ps4. Just Ps5 and the series. Cause ya know? I'm pretty sure a pS4 would explode tryna run it
I never said it would be on the old Xbox One and on the Playstation 4@@MasterHackleDown1, I said when it fully releases on the Xbox One Series X/S and the Playstation 5, I will be getting it, maybe you somehow misunderstood what I was saying to Cj and said what you said.

Honestly that 2bd feature should just be on the original game too..
was picked up by an enemy faction's Argentavis when i was on a Giga me and my fellow clan members tamed, but due to it being a fucking Giga, noone dared try to kill it. but due to this map being so huge, i could never find it again. it was set to follow me, but due to me being flown away, it followed as far as it could before it stopped, and was lost.
the feature of tracking them would have been welcome at that time. but hey, better late then never!

Why not put chapters, a lot of this has been covered countless time by other TH-camrs
I wish they would add a feature that would give you a status effect until you poop instead of pooping where you are like an animal. For example, if you ignore pooping, you may have reduced stamina etc. and ultimately slower movement speed. It would last until you actually poop or poop yourself. Current pooping where you are is just dirty lol.
This would be fun first. But after a while it would be annoying af

Can Oviraptors and dung beetles still function while weighed down till they can't move?
Ya and not only that but they will massively over encumbers themselves. My dung beetle atm has capped out its slots with fert and poop
I'm just used to playing with the SS mod using item collectors and the like. It seems like they've built a lot of that into the new version but my brain is stuck on putting an Oviraptor in the middle of my dino pen with a load of stone on it.

seems like a lot of quality of life updates, not sure why they didnt just release this as an update instead of going for a money grab

Ark is full of exploits remove the trees the rocks the water and your PC will run fine, and you can see other players Ez use INI Ez Kill in PvP no one can hide from you and you can use meshing
Yeah the grass is very good at hiding tiny players

Meshing easier is its biggest feature lol just your typical steam or xbox early access crap. Wont see this on PS anytime soon thats for sure.
