Neebs soloing games is oddly relaxing.
Yeah his 7dtd practice video took me off guard, was not expecting the wholesome level of his gameplay.
I do find I prefer to listen to neebs when I'm winding down. The whole team are great, but they stress me out sometimes. Neebs is like me, though:. Dude just wants to make a farm and kick back.
It is kinda nice not having the other folks distracting him, and us. 😅

It would never end he'd never be prepared enough and he would also get side tracked with painting and farming.

I've always enjoyed the Neebs solo adventures more than all the rest of the guys. He just has a simple sort of way he interacts with the game that is calming and entertaining. More of solo neebs please
It's almost to wholesome lol. Neebs does great roleplay with NPC's. Asspro..........does "different" roleplay with NPC's.............

I really love the chill vibes Neebs gave on this episode, thank you for that. Especially us console players that can’t play this right now.
If you knock out the parent of the babies and tame them you can claim the babies. You can also, end the parents too, but I think there is a benefit in taming them vs the other.

you're not missing anything this game visually looks terrible and runs like dog, everything is too dry.
@@tonyt3955555 I wouldn’t mind mind playing single player while they fix online. seems like everyone is playing single player anyways, so doing that on console wouldn’t matter to me. I’m sure I’m not the only one that thinks that. Plus it’s not like ASE was perfect lol and a lot of us where still playing it

@@tonyt3955555 yeah, I certainly don't think it's worth the asking price. I could be wrong, but I don't feel there's enough new content to justify me paying all that for a prettier version of a game I already own.
I think a solo Needs series would be cool, should have Appsro, Dora and Simon be the voices of certain dinos you tame.
But also id love to see the whole crew playthrough a new series of this

Hold Q and you can disable snapping. (Like with the forge) You can also full or partially align things like the table by hitting e. 😊
I’m always full of helpful tips.
If only they would read a little more. it usually says it on the screen, but they always overlook it. It's all good, tho add to the silliness and entertainment.

@@IchbinXall of them play games for years and still don't know the most useful stuff. Some people will say they're hamming it up for entertainment but I personally think that's just an excuse for them literally having ADHD and the attention span of a goldfish.

You can still change arrow types when having someone ride your shoulder, it just adds an extra menu. When you bring up the wheel, select the top option, which is your bow, and then you'll get the arrow options. Disable snapping while building by holding Q. Your pants look dirty because they've taken damage, repair them to get rid of it. Good tip is to manually save the game every so often to avoid losing progress to the eventual crash.
yep, with every update there are less and less crashes though.. heavily modded is more of a problem though
I know I'm stating the obvious, but Neebs, you are adorable. 🤗 It's so much fun to watch/listen to you interacting with whatever digital environment you've placed yourself. Brilliant choice of music. 🎶 I think you're underestimating yourself with taming a turtle. With enough narc arrows and an area large enough and devoid of alternate threats, you could run circles around the turtle until you have it knocked out. 😊 Can you imprint a juvenile wild tame? In ASE you couldn't. 😐Using a torch in early game to combat bug attacks used to be effective. 💥Crouching has gotten me out of dicey situations if I haven't already been aggroed.
So happy Neebs is soloing in new Ark. His love of the game shines through. Cheers Neebs!
I would love for these to keep going. Perhaps some more individual episodes for each like what was done with 7D2D leading up to the Horde Night Every Night. I work all day and just about always have something from you guys going. Just hearing your voices honestly de-escalates my anxiety... it's a comfort as odd as that may be lol. Thank you guys for that.

Great little chill with neebs hope you keep this going as a little series Neebs vs ASA would be great to start with until it actually works and you can all jump in and continue your frustrating journey with Ark
Paint goes into your cosmetics tab in your inventory for you to use, structers like the forge like to snap to the center of a tile, holding Q will unsnap it and allow you to place it freely, hatchet gets more hide/chitin/keritin, pick gets more meat, dinos with a white heart over their head have a wild baby dino that can be claimed once the parent dino has been either tamed or killed as well, all equipment degrades as the durability goes down, repairing it makes them look new and "clean again".
Solo Neebs vid, this is rediculously relaxing. I really enjoyed this format of video!

there's a bunch of shades and tints of green too - disable auto craft in the cooking pot and you can pick the one you like.
Also, you can drag the dye to clothing - it goes into your cosmetic tab, and you can drag it from there.
oh, and when placing things - look at the screen. It says "Hold Q to disable snapping"
Knew I should have waited til I'd watched the whole thing first - you don't have to knock out babies if their parent isn't around. Just walk up and press E. But press it with no mercy, cos no mercy to babies,

Great solo episode
One thing Thick was good at was building taming structures, like a ramp into a box with room for you to sneak out. Then tame it while it is trapped.

I think the crashing was another part of it.
ASA is crashing more than ASE.
No Apprso is sick of it even though they didn't do 50 percent of the gameplay, came in late for dlc's, and it made their WHOLE channel!!!

You can move the paint to your inventory. There's a seperate 'cosmetics' tab above your inventory.

Neebs, your dye is in the cosmetic folder of your inventory. Love you guys!! ❤
I think dyes are automatically placed in the cosmetic folder of your inventory (from what I've seen).
Structures can be moved around, but require holding down a button (you'll have to figure out which one).
In single player there is a Save button now. I recommend to save often, due to frequent crashing.
Neebs and Ted and Dingleberry, there's a song there I just KNOW it!
I could easily watch Neebs do this for hours.
I would love to see this as a series too. It's great seeing Neebs figure stuff out and enjoying the game.

🤓 NEEBS TAMING would be a great name if they made a series out of this. Neebs going around collecting at least one of every creature in the game. They could even have the other guys on as guest wranglers all the while utilizing Patrons and members of the community for the ongoing construction of a massive sanctuary or zoo to house them all. Could be cool.

Loving this. I always knew Neebs and Thick were the driving force behind the Ark series. I would still love to see Neebs and Appsro do a full playthrough, including the tek cave. I think they'd kill it, and it can be so challenging that I think Appsro would actually enjoy it. They never did do one. With the anniversary of Thick's death approaching, I think it would be a fitting tribute.
Also, FYI, the parasaur fear roar can scare away any small creatures such as raptors, compies, dilos, and even dodos (which can now be necessary).

Hey Neebs! The reason dye doesn't appear in your inventory is because there is a new tab, the cosmetics tab! Dye is weightless now. You should see the tab when your inventory is open. There are 3 tabs, Inventory, Cosmetics, and Crafting. In the cosmetic tab, drag the equipped clothes onto the big inventory area on the bottom right of your screen. drag a dye on to it and voila! Teds your uncle! Hope this helps!
Neebs pulling a "Simon" and not reading the screen where it says, "Hold Q to disable snapping" when placing things like the Forge or Camp Fire. That said, a very chill video. I'd like to see Simon doing a solo run as well.

One of my favorites as of late. The editing and MUSIC CHOICES feel like earlier Neebs Gaming again. 7 Days still has that vibe a bit as well but this one gives nostalgia feels (GTA Excluded)

@@brandonstevens36 I'll randomly watch a Supercut and the earlier "seasons of Neebs" music seemed to fit better. Now it's more orchestral, bombastic or sing songy. And I hate to say it but I noticed when Adahop made her change, that's when things got more sparkly! and colorful! and Disney princess style music/editing. Love the channel, not a day goes by I don't watch SOMETHING, nothing against anyone but those earlier vids def had something special I guess. And I mean this as constructive criticism, god forbid anyone say things like that anymore
