Omg!! Thank you so much. I bought a Phillips on clearance without the owners manual, they do not have a frigging single video that I could find to pair it. You're my hero!!!
This worked like a charm. The battery in my doorbell button died over the winter and wouldn’t ring my chime after replacing the battery. Was afraid I needed to buy a new system but all I needed was to sync the two again.
Have an old WL-102A model, was looking just to sync. Hadn't used it in a couple of years, was surprised it had any life left; but the syncing worked after about eight tries.
I have the plug-in model, and eventually had to replace the CR2032 battery. Synching proved to be a real pain ... the chime would beep once then go into the Westminster chorus. Resetting gave me the full rendition of the tune. But eventually, I don't know why, it beeped once, then a few seconds later beeped twice as explained in the video. Now seems to work like a charm, but I have no idea why it was such an ordeal.
I have a wireless doorbell model 7396. It works if the doorbell is warm, but if I leave the doorbell outdoors overnight on a cold night, the door bell will not ring.
Mine told me to take out the orange tab but someone had removed the tab before I opened the orange push button. Now my button doesn't seem to sync or anything
If you already purchased this doorbell, then you know it is a total piece of trash. I thought my batteries died so I bought new ones. I did the synch and it chimed but any subsequent pushes on the button fail to chime. So disappointed. This thing didn’t even last 6 months
Brand new out of the box. Worked for a week then stopped, no chime. Installed new batteries, followed these instructions..... Still not syncing. What is it? Mail me a new one please. I will give you and your company one more chance.
Pretty worthless product. I have model WL-104C. It came as part of a new house that we bought. It worked for 9 months and then died. I have replaced batteries on the chime and the push button. Zero difference. I have followed all the basic steps shown in this video to sync the chime with the push button. It has not worked.
😠😠 This model isn't worth your money people, I currently own one , changed the batteries and nothing ! I repeatedly did the steps to no avail. . ** PASS **
No "sync" button on my old dinosaur HeathZenith wireless doorbell chime. Bummer. I have an old 8 pin system. None of these new push buttons are compatible with my old wireless HeathZenith. Of course, it couldn't be this easy. So, I used the plastic housing (more or less destroyed on the old original one) with a newer cheaper HeathZenith push button door bell plastic housing (slight modification of the inside to accommodate the different battery size) to rebuild an older original 8 pin push button. Problem fixed and works/looks great again. Had to be creative using old existing parts as well as new. Sync button? You make it sound like they all had them and new replacement parts are compatible, etc. Well, that's not true in all situations. 💲💸💰🫰🤔

Lol I looked up this video before opening it out of the box so I won't mess anything up, and the comments convinced me to go return it lol thanks guys

This is awesome!!!! I was about to buy a new doorbell until I tried this after changing batteries in both parts
Worked like a charm! Thanks soooo much.
the heathZenith
doorbell sync once and that was it. Tried tirelessly to sync but to no avail.
Me too! 😡
Me three!
Me 4 😮
Me 5. So frustrated and disappointed.
Me 6😢😢
You save my money!!!
Do all of them have a sync button or do some models not?

I don’t understand the “jumper” in the clicker that reduces the ring tone to a single ding
I give up- it is going back to Lowe’s😢😢
new wireless . worked briefly but no longer.. have followed all the steps repeatedly but still no chimes can you send us a new one
Doesn’t work on the unit purchased, it has no “synch” button. Two parts don’t communicate even removing the CR2032 for 30 seconds.
I don't see a sync button on mine either. Did you ever get yours working?
What about the motion sensor how does it work
Returned it for refund, poor product.

Mine doesn’t work either, bought new doorbell, synced it...worked briefly, now nothing!
Great
no music!!
I didn't mind the music, but I did slow the speed to 50% so as not to have to watch it 3 times.
My doorbell rings and no one is at the door suggestion

It's a worthless piece of junk. Move along....nothing to see here! Same problem as everyone else here. It works once after synching, then nothing.
