The full-length fourth episode of the Pure Pwnage web series. Original release date: September 14, 2004. Official merchandise: www.noobstore.com www.purepwnage.com
Everything about this show was fucking fantastic. From the cinematography to the incredible music they made. The solo at 19:22 is amazing. I fucking loved this show so much, it was ahead of it's time for sure.
oh man, that intro, me and my friends used to use that whole "oh hallo omar, OH HALLO AZIM" line back in high school. Such nostalgia. Everytime i watch an old episode of pure pwnage, it makes me feel like i'm 15 again.
Insane how well it holds up. The ridiculous Kill Bill parody with the rice bowl, "preserving and spreading freedom by capturing the oil", him practicing his micro everywhere... fondest memories I could possibly have of a web show.
"If one wants to truly own, one must own in all games." I completely forgot that line even existed... but it was used so much back then. It's amazing how influential this show was.
Whats funny is I haven't watched this in like.. 18 years hahaha, I watched this somewhere in 04-05.. But I still remember all of this, I watched it so many goddamn times Such a goddamn classic, I always liked this more than red vs blue It's so goddamn nostalgic
love the rooster teeth red vs blue intro even today. this programme was so ahead of its time. i hope all the guys involved are doing really well still. absolute legends.
This show was such a huge inspiration in my life. It made me want to be extremely good at every single thing I did, and nothing was boring because I constantly challenged myself to be pro at it. And I got really really god at TONS of stuff. Maybe too many for my own good because I never got to use some of the skills I honed. My mind still works in the same way, a never ending seeking improvement in all aspects of life, and joy in doing so, and it's all thanks to teh_pwnerer.
Heck yeah, been playing it on spotify all morning. I was surprised to see the season 1 soundtrack on there, I must have lost the CD 12+ years ago or somewhere at my parents...
Wow. I truly love this show deeply. From the plot to the characters to the MUSIC, man the MUSIC! I come back to rewatch over and over again throughout the years and it never gets old!
Wow... The very last clip of him walking into that Gamestore itself is a blast from the past. Original Xbox for sale fable cutout just crazy. I'm rewatching all the episodes currently.
The cinematography of this ep and choreography of the fight scene was top notch. I randomly thought of this series the other day am so happy i get to watch it again after so long! Thanks for the greatness you guys have created. Loved the kill bill scene 😆
Pure Pwnage - for me - was not just an internet web show about gaming. It was about the message of training/studying, getting better and earning your success - the ending of episode 11 describes this beautifully: life's a game - it's about winning. Now I have a wonderful girl friend, the employment i always dreamed of, nice friends, and I got into all the hobbies that I always wanted to do like web design, making music and exercising. And I think PP was one of the inspirations which gave me the drive to achieve all of this. Thanks dudes.
+Al Jay the fact you didn't respond to any of these noobs shows how much they like the taste of balls, well done Al Jay and PP for pwning noobs like these ^
I used to love this show. It was part of the pioneering era of the internet, people were doing amazing stuff like this back then. First generation internet.
I named an XCOM soldier after Jeremy once... Jeremy "The Pwnerer" Gamer. He didn't really die, he just pwned too much so he quit and went back to RTSs.
wow i remember looking forward to the coming episodes.. any content from pp surely is quality, truly glad they continue to stay close to the community.
rewatching this and seeing the ESC key fall off during the battle (meaning there was no escape from the battle) reminded of when I recently played Undertale and (SPOILERS) the one boss who destroys your MERCY button!
18:20 to 20:25 is my favorite clip out of the whole series, and I'm almost positive it's my favorite clip out of any show I've ever seen. Seriously gives me chills every time, and I just can't stop smiling. Thank you so much, Pure Pwnage team, and I hope you never leave me again
first time i watched this episode i was 11 - i could barely understand english let alone understand all they're saying but the thing that drove me insane was "who's filming inside the master's house if Kyle was left outside" 😂
Always loved the sequence at 15:42, Specially the Keyboard flips + The Masterer "cracking" the stands on his keyboard was so creatively sick. Shot in the dark but the song for the fight was never released right? Can't find it in the sound track playlist.
Devin Wallace Hell yeah.....ive been on Xbox Live since Halo 2 in Late 2004 man......the Halo 3 & CoD4 episodes are very near and dear to my heart and bring back so many good memories as 2007 was the year I graduated high school and still was in contact with all my friends.
It's been nearly 20 years, and I still quote these videos
From the deepest part of my heart thank you guys so much
That’s so nice. Me and my brother also watched it together growing up but unfortunately we haven’t talked in years now! But I miss those times

+WAKE ME UP INSIDE Idd man, did you know, btw, that it's Dave playing all the guitar? he got some skillz
oh man, that intro, me and my friends used to use that whole "oh hallo omar, OH HALLO AZIM" line back in high school. Such nostalgia. Everytime i watch an old episode of pure pwnage, it makes me feel like i'm 15 again.
+Paul Revere haha oh azim you were always a kidder
@@MrSlaughterrific oh Omar, ou are funny..

always thought it was such a bs line lol, TBag truth pilled him on that one
@@lukebruce5234 TBag pwned at Halo, Master pwns at everything
@@lukebruce5234 Tbag was wrong. True master owns at every game.
@@AlexGorskov It all comes to whether you value your love of games, or gain.
It was used once. Not multiple times.
im so grateful i grew up with this series.
same, same!
When I was liek 12, I genuinely thought that Jeremy/Kyle weren't characters, kinda always assumed doug was a character though, heh...
Whats funny is I haven't watched this in like.. 18 years hahaha, I watched this somewhere in 04-05..

Such a goddamn classic, I always liked this more than red vs blue
It's so goddamn nostalgic
Me too!
Same the nostalgia hurts
Still watching this 15 years later XD
Holy shit this is even better than I remembered. Legit great cinematography, emotion and music. PP FOREVER. GG

The song on the training montage is probably my favorite song out of the whole series.
Same here! Damn so sick
Interstellar - Rain Snow Sleet Hail
Heck yeah, been playing it on spotify all morning. I was surprised to see the season 1 soundtrack on there, I must have lost the CD 12+ years ago or somewhere at my parents...
I miss these guys. We need more shows from them.
Wow. I truly love this show deeply. From the plot to the characters to the MUSIC, man the MUSIC! I come back to rewatch over and over again throughout the years and it never gets old!
The best series about gaming to ever exist
oh shit still true
Wow... The very last clip of him walking into that Gamestore itself is a blast from the past. Original Xbox for sale fable cutout just crazy. I'm rewatching all the episodes currently.
yeah I remember being on a fable 1 forum back then. we're all so very old now, I guess :(
When I originally watched this I never even noticed that the master beats Zelda, Goldeneye, Mario, and Metroid all at the same time lol.
Not only beat them, but I believe they were speedrunning world records for the time.
That 'No Escape' scene is gold every time.
The cinematography of this ep and choreography of the fight scene was top notch. I randomly thought of this series the other day am so happy i get to watch it again after so long! Thanks for the greatness you guys have created. Loved the kill bill scene 😆

actually I found the comments hilarious. So I didnt feel like complaining, more like thumbsing up :D.
what is the first game at the baggining? thanks
I dont know why i laughed so hard at the Canadians saying buck in the net.
I love the RvB reference in the beginning XD
I love everything about this
Man if Kyle made all the music for the show it is crazy good
Man the writing on this show is god damn amazing
*sees no noobs sign
jeremy: kyle your gonna have to like quit here
LOL
Still one of the very best episodes, and definitely where the show began to be awesome.
I love the Red vs Blue like intro in this episode.
Mike Smith I just noticed that! Wow
"This is alpha one niner, attack approach. We're gonna drop some bombs, we gonna bomb these muthaf**kers" Cracks me up every time.
Man, those old CRTs. Good times. Love this series!
the nostalgia hurts my heart.
I used to love this show. It was part of the pioneering era of the internet, people were doing amazing stuff like this back then.
First generation internet.
Its cool to see Kyle's love for Tarantino films influence the show
One of the best intros to an episode.
In this episode the show became transcendent. It created an entirely new reality that demanded confrontation. It became a new mythology.
Sometimes I watch this episode because it gives me a lot of motivation.
C&C Remastered... brings it all back.
I'm now in my 40s and I have only gotten better at games. I do however, miss these days.
One must own in all games.
Ageing like fine wine.
Guys, where was this all filmed ? Where are these guys from exactly ?

Back the first time I watched this I didn't get the political comment present in the first 4 minutes, now I find it even more amusing than before!
I know. I didn't really care about the political message either. I did mind the anti-white humor from Dawei (Dave) though.
^ Why? Because you can't take a joke?
Mcgeezaks, "now I find it even more amusing than before!", are you fucking blind?
Blazer he is talking to me.
Oops, my bad.
I named an XCOM soldier after Jeremy once... Jeremy "The Pwnerer" Gamer. He didn't really die, he just pwned too much so he quit and went back to RTSs.

14:25 never noticed that was a Kill Bill volume 2 reference
Best series ever made 👏🙌❤😍💙
In my past when i was watching these series i dont understand english so good, but 13-14 years later its so funny to watch😁
PP was truly an icon of the times.
2020 pure pwange for life
IT WILL NEVER DIE. I WILL QUOTE REFERENCES NOBODY GETS FOREVER.
Such a carefree time, just going to see teh master, practicing your micro and running in flip-flops
…and stuff, you know?
I miss this show.
I really enjoyed this show, especially this episode.
The Master's weapon of choice: IBM Model M :D
sheesh between these guys and rooster teeth both give me so much nostalgia
this show is what made my teenage years special, world of warcraft , internet cafes, pimples and LOTS OF WOW!
Volko
Is world of warcraft different from WOW?
rewatching this and seeing the ESC key fall off during the battle (meaning there was no escape from the battle) reminded of when I recently played Undertale and (SPOILERS) the one boss who destroys your MERCY button!
The Kill Bill reference is so good. Hahaha.
This episode had some of my favourite music from the series in it. And always made me want to have a keyboard fight haha
They reached the end of the backrooms to reach the master.
Also, R.I.P man...
At the 8:26 mark we find confirmed proof Jeremy and Kyle are Mandalorians.
18:50 i gotta say... Homies micro is pretty sick for using a mouse wheel
Wow this was released 17 years ago I feel really old....

love the Rooster Teeth - red vs blue reference at the start
Always loved the sequence at 15:42, Specially the Keyboard flips + The Masterer "cracking" the stands on his keyboard was so creatively sick.
Shot in the dark but the song for the fight was never released right?
Can't find it in the sound track playlist.
You should get a load of the noobs on GTA Online.
"If you eat like a n00b, j00 will be owned [or is it "pwned"?] like a n00b."
I need to write that down somewhere...
I still think its hilarious that teh_pwnerer only plays one single expansion pack from one single RTS series
Omg the intro from Red vs Blue!
"If one wants to truly own, one must own in all game"
GAMESTOP WITH ORIGINAL XBOXES AND FABLE ON DISPLAY LETS GOOOOO
black liquid of freedom and peace is so meaningfull, it stuck to my head from that moment beack then
This is my favorite episode probably because of the intro I used to play generals and C&C way too much I still do by the way Red Alert 3 forever!!!

That song at 12:35 is awesome! I think Daft Punk made it? It says "Interstellar" on the album cover. Never got the whole story of that song, no info.
It is indeed a great song! It is by Interstellar, the song is called "Rain Snow Sleet Hail" :)
olliems
So it is made by Daft Punk? How did they get in contact with them, whats the story?
squick1842

Lmao poor Kyle gets pwned at c&c :P

I was amazed to see a kill bill reference in a show this old. Looking it up KB came out 16 years ago. What the fuck happened? Where did the time go.
that micro battle was intense. i feel like jeremy came off only JUST better.
the kill bill parody best part
This was released 10 years ago. Wow
