About Young Sheldon:

He said it straight; that’s the best way - no hedging, no hints, just the basic facts
It gets me that Sheldon just wants to lead everything he joins instead of taking direction first and then leading. I mean you can't know and lead everything right away, he wants to be above everyone else, and I guess Academic Professors don't want their students bothering them over meaningless non-academic issues, they don't want you at their desk and in their office. He takes hints at the end.
Great acting by Reba in the car scene. She's been crushing Crazy for over 40 years.
I really don't think this series even begins to scratch the shell on how Sheldon went from gifted and strong willed to the mess he was at the beginning of TBBT. He got smarter but regressed socially a LOT.

I prefer science fact too. By the end of high school I read all of Isaac Asimov’s nonfiction but none of his science fiction.

He's not badmouthing those things. He's being a wiseguy. Star Wars is technically not sci-fi because its not based around actual scientific principles that are exaggerated. It's Science Fantasy/Drama. Hobbit is just straight up Fantasy. Sheldon will not tolerate anything other than pure scifi in sci-fi club

There is too much old peoples' chemistry in the show. Sometimes it seems that the show is about Meemaw's -- Sheldon's Grandma.

I have to say that I admire Armitage Sheldon but it's very sad that this is the expectation goal of education in this generation not only that but the invention of ideas by uneducated politicians within a bypass of a degree in politician. In addition, I feel so bad for the elementary schoolers being yelled at for nothing every year. Also, it's obvious that social studies history isn't important depends if a kid wants to be the president of the lopsided United States/degree in president.
