Another fantastic and well shot video! You are so comfortable in front of the camera, you really morph the review into a conversation. Looking forward to the next!
If you ever go deep sea scuba diving, just remember that if you see a shark, you don’t have to swim faster than the shark, you just have to swim faster than one other diver. And that’s a cool brand of watch. I like the bright colors, it doesn’t look cheap but has some pizzaz. I’d get the rubber strap if I got one, might as well go big with color.
Great Video. Doxa is 200 is a must have in any watch Collection l will add one to my Omega Seamaster 300 42m & my Rolex Submariner l love all the colours Orange, Blue, Yellow Doxa is coming 👌
Ordered my yellow sub600t with ceramic bezel this morning. Your video is very professional and I'm happy I watched it. I'm getting a rubber band with it so will provide you with feedback in a couple of days. Keep it up, I'm confident your channel will continue to grow-Moayed
You're videos are so good 🙌‼️ I haven't worn a watch in a while but if I did wear one it would be these! The look and those colors are amazing 🔥Your review makes them even more desirable 👏
I have an Omega Seamaster 300 Professional and a Longines Hydro Conquest but I seem to always reach for my Doxa Sub 200 with the orange dial. The beads-of'-rice bracelet is amazingly comfortable. I really enjoyed your video and I agree with all of your "pros and cons" about the Doxa Sub 200. 👍
Totally agree that lume on a dive watch is the wrong place to cut costs. I’m totally spoiled by the lume on Zelos, for colorful dials like your Doxa, and Tudor for classic divers - anything less than that really doesn’t get a lot of wrist time for me. Another incredible video - your production is top notch, sound, editing, lighting, everything, just love your videos, thank you!
Nice review! Doxa is becoming more and more popular and it is well deserved. This model is much better on a rubber strap, because they make fantastic, soft rubber. Sub 200 for less than 1000 USD is really good proposition.
Having just discovered your channel and watching from old to new, I like the progression I'm seeing. There's great B-roll footage, the historic footage inclusion is welcome, and the flow of the review, and your apparent comfort have really stepped up a lot. You're already better than many channels I've seen that have been around for years. As for the Doxa, I really love the design. The lume is probably the only thing that has kept me from this watch to date. I've heard the bracelet doesn't feel up to the price level before, but that's not a deal killer to me, since I do own Seikos and am used to that. I really scowl at Doxa's prices if one wants to purchase the rubber strap after buying the bracelet version. It's like they think they are Omega or something. The Aquamarine is my favorite of the bunch. If Doxa had made the Sharkhunter model look like the unfortunately very limited 130th anniversary model with the pop of orange, I'd like that one quite a bit.
Great review. Glad to hear you calling out the flaws. If you're watching this video and thinking you'll move up to the Sub 300 to get better lume and a better clasp, they're unfortunately just as disappointing on that more expensive watch.
Beautiful......watch. Nice video style and editing. Keeping your videos short and to the point is smart. Too many drama-length videos on here these days. Enjoy the channel growth!
Nice review. I'm considering a Doxa 300 series down the road a bit. Really cool retro looks for sure. Tactical Frog does a homage of the 300 that I may consider as well.
I own the Doxa Sub 5000T with balck dial = sharkhunter and the watch is very solid, keeps its value, gets attention, it runs around -2+1 so I can not complain. the 300t would be the next watch from this brand for me..your yellow Doxa reminds me of the Beattles song, Yellow submarine. Keep your revieews going we have very simillar taste in watches, regards, one more thing the weaker loom can be on purpose to fit performance from the 50-70's, with my 5000t I see the loom is also not lasting too long..
Great video - really well put together. I’m considering getting one of these at the moment, just can’t decide between the yellow and aquamarine. I have a Sub 300 already and the lume is atrocious on that too. I have $100 watches that are way better in that department
These days, the orange dive watch is its own genre, sort of like Schwarzenegger films. That Doxa invented it is reason enough to consider the brand. I just wish they would make a 36 - 38mm.
You might want to take a look at Glycine if you like thin divers and especially if your aren’t afraid to wear 42mm. Costco carries a few select models (one for $300) and you can find others online for extremely reasonable prices (well under $1K).
I had a glycine combat sub (GL0093) a few years ago. I loved the look of the watch, but ultimately ended up selling it because I was worried about scratching off the PVD coating.
@@elizabeth_grant They have models which aren't PVD coated -- they also have ones that are smaller, as they recently introduced 36mm models. Ashford carries them at decent prices.
It sounds like Tissot Seastar 2000 is just better pick. I'd love to buy this watch, but first of all I can't buy it here without paying extra 30% of the price and bracelet issues are too much
I'm not sure about all the retro stuff, I mean in 1960s their was still some exploration of coral sea and mystery to all these places but now they're over fished bleached coral ect I feel sad that we have such nostalgia and cling on to mass produced trinkets of a bygone era
I’ve almost bought one several times then I remember the 19mm lugs! Yuck🤢 I try and avoid odd lugs because of the limited strap selection. I always wear my watches on straps, long story. When I see odd lugs I’m out which in this case is a shame. The watch is 42 and could easily have 20 lugs even 22!!! The designer of this watch needs a serious lesson in design proportions. Why on earth use odd lugs?? I don’t get it.
Another fantastic and well shot video! You are so comfortable in front of the camera, you really morph the review into a conversation. Looking forward to the next!
Thank you ! The Doxa is so colorful I had a lot of fun filming it.

Honest review with a warm smile and information to make a wise choice! Nice job!!
Thank you kindly!
Probably one of the most professional and informative watch channels out there! 👌
Thank you so much 😊
Elizabeth your watch reviews are fantastic and the video looks great.
Thank you so much!
I really love your 'No BS' approach to reviewing watches.

Yes, I would love to know how the strap holds up.
Very nice review! Got a very good impression about the Doxas pros and cons - and looks of course.
Great review, thank you Elizabeth🙂👍. So yeah, watch is good looking, love the look of the beads of rice bracelet.
You're videos are so good 🙌‼️ I haven't worn a watch in a while but if I did wear one it would be these! The look and those colors are amazing 🔥Your review makes them even more desirable 👏
Glad you like them!
Doxa cheaped out on the Lume. I may buy one if they ever fix the lume problem.

You're simply gorgeous! I love your style, the way you carry yourself, it's inspiring! 🥰
Awesome content Elizabeth!
Keep it coming!!!
More to come!
Great video. I love the history behind the watch. I love the bright colors. Hope to own one one day.
Thanks for the review of this watch.

You’re too kind, thank you.
❤ Nice review Elizabeth. I just purchased a Doxa Sub 200 in the subdued Sharkhunter colour way. Awesome watch with an Omega planet Ocean vibe 😊
I was wondering what is your wrist size? I have a very small 6.25 inch wrist and I fell in love with Doxa after reading Clive Cussler with my Dad!
Nice review! Doxa is becoming more and more popular and it is well deserved. This model is much better on a rubber strap, because they make fantastic, soft rubber. Sub 200 for less than 1000 USD is really good proposition.
Totally agree!
Great video, just ordered the 200 yellow on the rubber , should arrive in a couple of weeks . 👍

Love your camerawork and editing! Thanks for the detailed pros and cons on the Doxa Sub, but the poor lume seems like a non-starter.
Glad it was helpful!
Very well done. Keep up the great work!
Thanks a lot!
Wow....that was a good old lume-thrashing!
The doxa sub 200 is a really nice watch, highly recommended, for the money its probably the best watch you are gonna get
Beautiful......watch. Nice video style and editing. Keeping your videos short and to the point is smart. Too many drama-length videos on here these days. Enjoy the channel growth!
Thank you 🙏
In this price I have the Yema Superman with black dial and love it. Planning on getting the Mediterranean blue Squale.😊
Nice review. I'm considering a Doxa 300 series down the road a bit. Really cool retro looks for sure. Tactical Frog does a homage of the 300 that I may consider as well.
The Doxa 300 is a great looking watch 👍🏻
Good review. The newer production models are improved apparently

Well done video.
Thank you so much for the video! I bought a orange 🍊 and I love it! Anders 🇸🇪
Cool channel and cool watch. I leave a subscription and think of getting a Doxa. Regards from Germany

That’s a hard choice, both beautiful colors. I love the aquamarine as well.

Great videos!
Miss what is your wrist size?
Do you mind if I ask what your wrist size is Elizabeth
New subscriber
Not at all, it’s 6 inches .
@@elizabeth_grant thank you for your reply Elizabeth.
My wrist is 6 inches too
Not many people know doxa. Is doxa brand level is higher than longines or same as Tissot????
It sounds like Tissot Seastar 2000 is just better pick. I'd love to buy this watch, but first of all I can't buy it here without paying extra 30% of the price and bracelet issues are too much
Love your reviews Elizabeth, where did you purchase your Doxa?
Directly from Doxa online. Not the smartest purchase I ever made.
You'd have a hell-of-a-time replacing that fragile bezel insert too.
I'm not sure about all the retro stuff, I mean in 1960s their was still some exploration of coral sea and mystery to all these places but now they're over fished bleached coral ect I feel sad that we have such nostalgia and cling on to mass produced trinkets of a bygone era
If there is anything sexier than a beautiful woman who knows her watches, I sure don't know what it is.❤
