if they dump trash on someone else land or side of the road then who the basted is sure be found then all that trash sure be return to them & dump on there lawn if they bitch then tell them there fine be over $1000+ for putting this trash on someone else land, remove of the trash & etc

Time to bring in "Work for your benefits" legislation to bring down the clean up costs & perhaps day leave for crims to clean the byways. I'm sure those cars could be worked on by apprentice mechanics & then donated to charities, who could possibly offer to folk looking for work etc. There's gotta be some practical ways of dealing with these enormous clean up fees as it's just not fair on farmers to have to foot that bill!

Fly tipping would reduce drastically if local councils make it more accessible for rubbish disposal?
I've always found wherever I have lived in England there's always a free rubbish tip nearby. I think people can't be bothered to do the work when they actually get to the tip.
Just so you know the reason we produce more waste per year is because our stuff is built to be replaced not repaired. Things are not built like they use to be.

It's appalling the way some people use the country they live in as a trash heap; the U K has some beautiful countryside and it should be viewed with admiration, not disgust These workers should be paid double time for all their time and effort.
Gotta love a ``Lord Of the Flies'' reference or two! Be that as it may, there must be an underlying problem. How expensive is curbside bin service there? By me, it's privatized, so competition keeps prices low. Let all these fly tippers get dumping licenses, so they would be on the books as passing inspections, etc.! I mean, why don't they take it to a landfill? They don't make enough money to pay landfill fee, or they're not allowed to do it at all.
I live in America. We got many of these "fly tippers" over here also. I wish those farmers would have their problems stopped. Fast money for these cleaning companies is quite tempting. The government needs to pay the cost of cleaning up illegal dumping on private property. A costs should be absorbed by all. This is so unfair for property owners.

In my country, you can deliver your waste to the recycle centre for free. We also have rest stops with toilets on the highway.
Picking up your pet's poop is mandatory by law, so we have collecting bins with little baggies on strategic places, like dog parks and dog walking fields.
All things that we have people are just lazy
Fines for polluting the environment will skyrocket in the upcoming decade, and rightfully so.
As far as I'm concerned they should make the perpetrators clean up these types of illegal dumps for an extensive period of time.

@@LeeJay1990 Flintshire Council have just brought in a new permit for all trailers on top of restrictions to the type of vehicle you can take in there.
No car derived commercial vehicle, no pickups, they refuse to accept any car parts other than tyres. How they expect you to drop off a mattress, a fridge, an old oven, broken fencing, old carpets old sheds is beyond me. Had to do 3 trips the other day just to get rid of weeds and soil instead of 1 trip with my trailer how is that environmentally friendly?
The farmers should have cameras too. They know, whar happend!
And the value of the scrap cars will cover the £550 so it just shows the council are money grabbers,

Trace it back to the very people that could be in the business in removing Trash/scrap from customers and illegally dumping on other peoples land. Thats just it ,they don't want to pay the dump fees. offer the private ccc camera owners some incentive to give footage of fowlers. That might help tremendously . City wide! Post pictures of the offenders also. They would be less likely to continue the abuse or move on to some other place. I would love to see them caught because its disgusting.
fly tipping the reason why? Waste disposal is the responsibility of the local council who collect tax from premises and businesses and then wish to collect extra thongs when you take waste two there dumps or collection centres. It's all about the benjamins how much you can save by avoiding we impose taxes and fees the only cost to the fly tippers is the cost of fuel to get to the location. In this day and age the cost of fuel could be recuperated by going directly to the dumps rather than the countryside.

In all reality the garbage will just be going from one spot in the country side, to another spot in the country side into a land fill. So it doesn’t fix the recycling issue at all,or help the environment , it’s just going somewhere you don’t have to look at it .

What do farmers expect when they have loads of land out of everyone's view? Dog fouling fine is hardly worth worrying about. No wonder there is so much dog fouling in the uk. Why are local authorities being involved in fly tipping on private land? Thats a waste of tax payers money.

I'd expect the authorities to get involved if someone dumped a huge pile of rubbish in my garden. I'm happy for my taxes to go towards supporting farmers deal with illegal behaviour, but they don't, the farmer has to pay for the removal. We should all be able to enjoy the countryside, not have it blighted with the selfish behaviour of fly-tippers.
