I'm a smoker.. i really hate throwing butts on the ground, I carry them untill i find a trashcan, if there isn't one around..

What about sneezing or passing wind? Do you hold back on these too or are you willing to pollute the environment in these cases? Theres a limit to everything and cig buds are certainly not of any significance at all when its about keeping the cities clean; not even in the top 100 priorities

Since many people didn't know these cleaners help to make their country clean everyday, the government should ask the cleaners to rest a day and shock the litters the mess they have done.

I understand lack of public toilets and needing to squat in an alley. However if you find yourself in that unfortunate predicament at least pick up after yourself.
Ikr! I have never shit in the streets, I go into a business and use a toilet like a human. Do businesses not allow people to use their restrooms in the UK? In the US it's so rare to see a sign bathrooms for paying customers only. I'd still buy a stick of gum so I can poo in peace.

Um... we already do.... what do you think streets and sanitation does? Garbage collection, street sweepers, graffiti removal, snow removal, lot cleaning, weed cutting, rodent control, animal control/removal, forestry/park district, tree trimming, recyclers/waste diversion, abandoned vehicle removal, etc. Just like in the UK... people think these things get done magically in the night and even when we see people doing these jobs, we really don't SEE them, and ignore them.

Do people in England get paid from their jobs only once a month? Or is the pay day referred to here what we in America call welfare (government subsidies)?
I think its common around the world to get paid once a month. I was suprised when I heard the US pays every two weeks.

i guess these dumpers are from east block countreys. Here if some citizen doesnt snap them and send it to municipality or call police its a daily activity even for a big firms. Fortunatelly because of the smart phones and big taxes these cases are not so often
