Katanas are cool, but the only way you're gonna get these over the top reverb tones is either with a great pedal like this one, or break the bank and get an old Fender twin reverb.
I dig the heck out of these reverbs and delays they've been coming out with that can make a stringed instrument sound like a keyboard, God bless you Mike Matthews!
As usual, came here for the effect demo and stayed for Bill's playing. Bravo! I can see this pedal being a looper's dream. I'm already thinking about how to integrate this into my looping setup.
EHX has knocked it out the park here with this pedal, love the fact that it has a tremolo built in as well. The Spring Reverb sounds amazing, nice and drippy. I need to pull the trigger on this one for sure
This thing bats so far outside of it's price range. I was looking at a Strymon Blue Sky but wanted more variety. The Big sky was just too much drama to work with, the Oceans 11 has a simple, usable interface, and surprisingly, a-b testing in the shop against the Strymon, holds it's own very well. I went with the Oceans 11 and the longer I use it, the happier I am with it =)
I have a Big Sky, and it has a confusing way of accessing all of it. It also belongs in the effects loop instead of i front. I foresee myself buying one of these just because it's so much easier to use. The Big Sky is awesome sounding but I don't like hardware that you have to go take a class on at a community college to operate either.

Here for the cello effect @7:15. It's under swell, but I just can't seem to dial it in. Messed with 2ndary a bunch too. I suggest screen shotting the dial screens and saving them. Dialed everything provided immediately. "All the drip and boing"
Based on my calculations, considering the similarity in design between Oceans 11 and the Canyon, and that there were 20 months between the release of the Canyon and the Grand Canyon, we may be seeing an Oceans 11 Deluxe (or some other name) in a few months. But then again, I could be completely off. Also, EHX, I love this style of pedal that you're going for.
I have the Canyon and loved the reverb setting on it and need modulation pedal as well so I came across the Mod 11 and Oceans 11 which if I had both with my Canyon, wah pedal, ODs, Big Muff, Looper, Freeze and Octave Multiplexer I think I will have everything I'll ever need other than a compressor and perhaps an equalizer.
I've been trying to decide on a reverb pedal lately. I don't use reverb alot but I like options and cool reverbs. I have a Canyon and love it, especially the S/H, Shimmer and Octave settings. I think the Oceans 11 will fit perfectly beside the Canyon.
stacking that ring mod setting with fuzz might just save me buying an octave fuzz! I didn't realize it would do this.... edit. I didn't realize half of what this can do, and I own one. I need to go home and spend some time with this thing. Thanks EHX! ... I can hold off on buying that walrus slo ;)
I've been looking at the PRS Archon 25/13 combo which is not only a high gain amp but has a pristine clean channel albeit no reverb. This pedal seems like a perfect fit for that amp and has now gone on my going to get list. Does so much at such a great price. You guys have a winner here!

I only got to page 2 of the manual before I started exploring myself. Need to go back to it if I can prevent myself going off on tangents. The dynamic reverb 'cello' sound is amazing and infinite shimmer kept an arpeggio going til my coffee got cold.
Just got this and a Big Muff yesterday. I've primarily been a drummer the better half of my life (started at 9, I'm currently 25, first picked up a guitar at 15 because I was in high school and trying to swoon ladies), but EHX has me rethinking things...lol

This is my favourite pedal, and I'm a fuzz guy. Bought it for the spring and was blown away by about 4 other settings. Just wow.

The shimmer is the main reason I want this pedal ngl, the range of reverb styles you get is fantastic, can't wait to get one.
The drip on the spring mode is spot on, probably the best I've heard from a stomp box, especially for the price.
I love this pedal but I have to rewatch this video from time to time just to remember everything it does!

This pedal will make my 23rd birthday the best ever. Reverb is my favorite effect and this sounds way better than the reverb's on my Katana amp!

This reverb just sold me. The only thing that's need to be perfect is be stereo. I love it.

I got my new one in the mail yesterday and I absolutely love it ! Works on both clean and dirty very well,so win win for me.
