At this price range most pedals don't have the tap tempo feature, so this is a big plus for me. Never pre-ordered anything before, but this, I couldn't resist.
This should be the gold standard for ads. It doesn't try to convince you to buy one of many similar products, it just demonstrates a very good product in a beautiful but correct and concise way. I'm going to buy this pedal because what I've just heard and seen is fantastic and I can imagine spending many evenings playing through this thing and never regretting the decision. And I was going to buy something cheaper. Well done.
Upd: I've actually bought it the same day, pretty happy with it. The looper is surprisingly good. Obviously overdrive should be applied _before_ this pedal, especially in shimmer mode, and the amp should normally be in clean mode. I can't say that I can create absolutely any echo/reverb effect with this thing, but I still haven't even explored the alternative knob modes. Didn't expect a manual for a pedal; not to mention that apparently I actually _need_ it. I've proceeded maybe ⅔ so far.
You better keep paying the guy who made and recorded this demo video EHX. Those fingers, kemper tones and wonderfully setup Ibanez will sell many pedals. And the pedal sounds great too, much like most EHX things. Fantastic all around! Wonderful playing!

Makes you feel like you can obtain pretty much any delay or ambient sound you can think of. Plus, that tap tempo, subdivisions, POG function... Oh EHX, you so crazy, putting all this fun in a little box.

This Bill Ruppert is such a Monster guitar player. Seems he can do any style, any feel. I Sometimes - if I see he's got a video, will just play it to watch him. What musician ! One of those unsung Heroes.

Just got one last weekend. I thought it might be hard to wrap my head around the secondary controls once you hit the tap/divide button but it came with a chart that shows what knob does what for each effect making it simpler to use. Great price for the amount of things jammed into it. Came with a power supply too thumbs up EHX.
got this pedal last week. Just awesome. The memory man and shimmer settings are worth the price alone. So many cool sounds i'm still just scratching the surface. A+++ Electro Harmonix!

The fact that you know how to play all these different amazing styles and produce great sound is awesome. But you really blew me away whenever you put your phone up to your GUITAR pickups and recorded a drum beat on the looper. 🤯
"Multi tap delay." Instantly made me smile when I heard the effect. I've been looking everywhere for a pedal that sounds like this. I will definitely buy this pedal in March.
I bought this pedal a couple hours ago and right off the bat I can say its one of the best delay pedals I've messed with, and certainly the best I've ever owned. I can't believe this thing only costs $140. I traded an OBNE Black Fountain for it and I won't look back.

I finally got one of these and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. It’s versatile for anybody who enjoys subtle variety to get in a zone. Nice to have the range from pristine delay to grungy tape and the Deluxe Memory Man in between. And tap tempo.
I just got my new one yesterday,and within 1 minute I already found a sound I have been searching for for a while with other pedals,the Pat Traverse"Boom Boom out go the lights" chorus drenched guitar parts..it sounds perfect and I only made it to the tape delay because I got hung up on awesomeness ! To all this pedal is absolutely awesome ! I never use the neck humbucker pickup,a SD 59' and wow it has that creamy lead tone that retains clarity,even during long solo runs its incedible..probably my best buy of 2017 next to my new Iron Label Ibanez..get this pedal folks,its kickass,and this video by Bill Ruppert is a perfect example of just a few sounds it can make..its truly amazing!

the shim is so amazing that i'm overwhelmed by the other stuff. this is one of the best pedals ever
The shm setting is all I use it for, but it's worth it for that alone

Mine sometimes the LED flashes and the shm cuts in and out with it.
@@rkelly62 Make sure you are using the EHX sully. A supply that is under powered will cause the problems you are having!

The oscillating effect at the end of the demo, where you manually turn the delay knob is probably what makes analog delay pedals awesome.🤘
I'm mostly a "straight to the amp" guy. The rare times I might've use most effects hasn't been worth the expense. This changes all that!
