Great video as always! All I have to say about Cours Saleya market, whether the everyday food one or the Monday flea version of it is - beware of pickpockets! No putting your phone in your jeans back pocket. Never.
I love how Tim and Twiggy have coordinated their outfits for the video. I hope that the market doesn’t convert to mainly clothing, it would lose its personality. Great Mr Boo facts - there are some similar little doors in Florence (but for wine). Another great video as always- funny bumping into the Riviera Go ladies 😂

HAPPY EASTER to ya both, stay safe and well & stay charged 👍 🎉
Typically, the quieter spots in tourist areas serve more traditional and authentic food at reasonable prices. It's always a better option than those crowded tourist-targeted places. Thank you very much for another excellent episode, especially on this cold and rainy Sunday afternoon here in Portugal.
Another great entertaining video! I used to have my gallery downstairs in Village Segurane, it was a shame you went on Monday as it is largely closed as (historically) the antiques dealers were in Cours Saleya. Excellent fun - thank you!

Once again, thank you for another entertaining and informative vlog! Now, on to an off-topic question: my Geordie "hoosband" has been wanting me to ask Tim if he ever watched "Rising Damp" back in the day. He's aware that you're a Yorkshireman and thought you probably had seen it. Apologies for going off-topic, but he's been wanting me to ask you this for weeks now!
That orange gadget is a runner-bean slicer. Mind you, you still had to 'string' them on the edges with your pareing knife or you literally ended up eating string!

Just came across your channel after someone on Facebook put a link to your video last year with the Ami that tipped over in Monaco! Gotta ask, is that a Yorkshire accent par chance? 🤔
Great channel, fantastic videos. I’m also the proud owner of an Ami, on the island of Lanzarote. Non related question, what RayBan glasses do you wear, I fancy a pair!!
Regarding alarm clocks I have a lovely almost French clock it's quiet thanks to a West German movement set in a delftware miniature longcase style base with a transfer of the crest of Boulogne sur Mer in the middle and it's decorated in a genuine French style and would be the finest example of crested ware available except for on the back is " Avec les compliments de la Ville de Boulogne sur mer " so I suspect it was not for sale but a gift from a twinning celebration.
You two gentlemen are such a hoot… love your channel… and I love your fur baby… can I just ask tho if you have considered a harness for walking instead of a collar? It would be safer and more comfortable in case you need to pick him/her up quickly for any reason. Sorry to be a nag… but after being a dog mom for so many years, I’ve learned a thing or two… and sometimes the hard way… 💜
Our previous Chihuahua was in a harness but Twiggy was brought up in a collar so she refuses to walk in harness.! But we probably need to force the issue!
Tim, what type of camera do you use for your covert filming? And what brand drone do you have? Is there an episode about all of your current video gear?

No left and right peculiarities in this one, you were only channelled briefly when only Mr Boo was in shot at 7.00 - 7.45. and a brief couple of seconds a bit later.
So, an observation; filming or photographing food is not altogether straightforward. Often, it can be downright disgusting (pick any day and look at pictures of food folks have put up on Facebook. 😬) You, however, have filmed a meal that has made me hungry. Bravo, et bon continuation !
That restaurant looks just the place for an assignation or a quiet(ish) anonymous meal alone. Such a shame it's so popular you have to book ahead. But that is good for them, so you can't hold it against what looks fabulous fare. I wonder what the vegan menu was like?
When you say "vintage look", do you mean knockoff dupes or real vintage goods? I'm not at all interested in buying fakes but would love to pick up authentic goodies!
Hi lads from a rather damp Spain. I cannot abide herring with those fine hair-like bones. When I ran a restaurant with another guy, I used to have to fillet a box of herring everyday and half of them I had to pickle in distilled malt vinegar. I am rather partial to hard herring roes - can you even still get them?
Spotted us! 🤩 So cool running into you guys the other day! Thanks so much for including our encounter in your video! 👍❤

That rotating cutter thing is for string beans, my mum had one in the 70s!
