    Great!
    I always get half size larger shoes because I need wide toe boxes.
    Maybe time to switch to a five finger shoes

    I have the trail 2 ones and there so good I’m going to order another five finger maybe a casual pair

      That’s great! You should definitely get a casual pair!

      My foot is a UK size 9 and yet my toe fingers still find two sizes large in trail 2 tight. It’s the slit between the fingers that is causing me more problems tbh

      Hmm...well I would try the shoes that my pinky toe fits into, however , these shoes may not be for everyone. Sometimes going Barefoot or wearing running Sandals made by xero and other companies can work for you better.

    Hi please guide me , my feet 28.3 cm , which size have to choose for v run . Am new to Vibram five fingers

    • @carefreerunner
      @carefreerunner  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      First you need to figure out what is the measurement of the longest toe (your feet are slightly different)
      -stand with your heels against the wall
      - use a ruler to measure the distance from the wall to the top of the longest toe of each foot (usually it’s the big toe or second toe)
      - then take the longer measurement of the two feet and that’s the size you need to get.

    If I have 28 cm feet I need 44 or 45?
    44 is much small, 45 is too big on v alpha
    I should buy v run and I don’t know what size of v run I need to buy

    • @carefreerunner
      @carefreerunner  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would go with 44 because the vibrams are rubber so when you break them in they will stretch. It may hurt a bit in the beginning. But if they are very very small then just go with the 45, maybe they'll shrink if you wash them a few times.

    • @Bupycnet
      @Bupycnet ปีที่แล้ว

      @@carefreerunner its normal if in my v-alpha the thumb rest against the end of the boot?
      While running feet can be enlarge, especially during a marathon

    • @carefreerunner
      @carefreerunner  ปีที่แล้ว

      They should feel like fingers in a glove. There should be no space between your big toe and the shoe. The rubber and fabric should expand when feet swell up. It's not like a regular running shoe where you want space between big toe and shoe. Have you ran Marathons in vibram fivefingers before?

      @@carefreerunner no but I am planning

      @Олег Карнаухов hmm okay it may be challenging if you haven't ran that far Barefoot shoes. Hopefully you ran atleast 20 miles in them

    I’m exactly 25cm, a size 40 is too snug and my big toe feels restricted, and a size 41 feels great, but my last 2 digits slip out 😔 it’s a shame, I have the v-aqua in 40 and a gently used pair of Spyridon size 41

    • @carefreerunner
      @carefreerunner  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Because these shoes are rubber they usually tend to stretch out over time, so if your big toe feels snug now it may not after a while of wearing and washing them.

      @@carefreerunnerthank you for responding!! I highly appreciate it, I’ll give it some time, right now it’s rainy and cold in southern cali, but I’m definitely gonna give them some usage and see if they stretch just a tiny bit

      Maybe get a different model shoe I know some models vary in fit. Have you tried washing the shoes, a lot of times after the first wash they fit a bit better.

      The only thing you have to be careful is that when you buy running shoes you usually buy them a little bigger than your normal shoe size, but these need to be fairly snug
