I have a friend who was struggling so hard with drugs and street life, that he walked up and cracked a cop in the face (pulled his punch because he didn’t actually want to hurt him), so he could get clean, food and a place to sleep. Some people need structure and to have their own decisions taken from them so badly, that the awfulness of prison/jail, is actually a gift.

She died not from being hit by a car as it never hit her but unfortunately the bricks and glass acted as a claymore bomb. Every time i drive by where her house used to be i feel so sad as it was 100% preventable so to think someone did something like this on purpose is just terrifying and show absolutely no consideration to human life.

A sweet old lady in my neighborhood who owns a small local laundromat had a car go straight in to her house and bedroom. Hit her while she was sleeping and caused terrible cosmetic damage to her face. Took years of therapy and surgery to get back. I’ve always felt bad for her because who in the fuck could possibly expect to go to sleep and get smashed by a car while in bed Edit: just to add she is doing well again as it’s been around 7 years. Saw her a month ago when my washing machine broke and heard her recovery story.

Except it's because I've been stuck in the same fight at the exit ti the goblin castle for 4 days because after eliminating every single goblin inside with a lvl 3 to 4 party of only 3. I thought I could escape silently. I can't I have half health on most characters and there is a giant ogre right outside the door and literally 12 archers. I get ganged instantly. I have no idea what to do. I don't reload I save over the last save. And I have no saves from before I fought the castle.

@@Aztesticalsgo inside the castle there is a secret place where you can solve a puzzle and it opens into the underdark and there is a waypoint.
@@Aztesticals there's a wall that you can break that leads outside on the roof of the castle. I've only seen it from the outside so I don't know where you'd find it inside the castle. There's drunk bugbears and goblins up there, don't know if breaking the wall wakes them but from there if you have the high jump spell you can probably jump up the cliff and escape. Good luck!

Yeah, the first incident and those charges are...bad. like he'd definitely do some time for that. But the police station made it inexplicably worse. With the first incident he would have done a good amount of time at a medium security prison and possibly paroled his way out. With the police station he's completely done in lol. He took a bad situation and made it way, WAY worse.

A sweet old lady in my neighborhood who owns a small local laundromat had a car go straight in to her house and bedroom.
Hit her while she was sleeping and caused terrible cosmetic damage to her face. Took years of therapy and surgery to get back. I’ve always felt bad for her because who in the fuck could possibly expect to go to sleep and get smashed by a car while in bed
