You gotta learn to read and listen. He has over 300hp in his frs. When you WARM UP. You learn the track and the layout. You dont just go out there and push your car to the limit your first lap. Warm up yourself to the track.
First corner could be tidied up a bit, good line through the chicane after. On the squared off hairpin before the back straight, just get through the first right as clean as you can, and push far to the outside, then wait. Delay that apex as far as you can.
Do that, tighten your clipping points, and you should be throwing down rock solid laps.

I can understand why you're driving so slowly; you want to learn the track and not burn up your tyres so much. Kids in the comments complain about it but they would crash their own car if they ever got one.

Hahaha All I see in the comments is "oh tom can't drive' or 'tom your car sounds like rice'. Like really, one he is driving slow because its a warm up lap. It's so he can get a feel for the track and get to see how his new additions to the car are holding up and to make sure his car is running how he wants it. And the noise quality isn't the greatest so the audio isn't really giving his car justice. Mad respect for tom taking his "daily' driver on the track.

Wow it's brutal in here lol. I was in the Silver STI that passes you with my buddy in the Blue STI in toe (the guy you blocked in ;) ). I'm not sure why people are hating. I went faster than you sure but that was after I got a full day to get used to the elevation on this track. It's pretty intense and video doesn't really show it. If you think you can go faster than him then prove it.

I was the one who "spun out" but the reason was due to a broken endlink and my rear sway bar not being connected... lol. My ass end was all over the place during the Saturday and Sunday sessions.

First you start with 200 hp were you can barely push the car forward, and dropping in a turbo charger will increase the performance but not to a level were the down forced require to use that dumb wing is even remotely efficient. You are creating more drag which in turn will slow down your times. And to top it off this four banger sounds like a fart can! Does not sound nice at all, give me an inline 6 V-8 or a v-12 any day. This thing sounds like it has the bad case of bubble gut.
