H&N 25gr Optimal Speed at 100m

H&N 25gr slugs in both 217 and 218, what is the optimal speed to shoot them at and how will they group at 100m?

Ligste slugs is die 22gr (miskien 21gr vanaf iemand anders) , die slugs werk goed uit daai geweer, maar moenie verwag dat jy pellet akkuraatheid gaan kry nie. Watse spoed skiet hy tans die pellets?

Lekke Gert!! Baie mooi!!
Ek het die naweek JSB 0.217 Knockout slugs getoets. Hulle skiet Baie akkuraat met my Artemis M16. Een gat groepering op 30m. Ek het Sondag 5 Duiwe op 130m geklits!! Hulle skiet so 780f/s uit my geweer!! Mal daaroor!!

Dis een lekker ding van die JSB's, hulle is nie spoed vrate nie, my beste groeperings was op 835fps.

I see that H&N still haven't updated their webpage. B.C should be .095 on the 25 grain and .100 on the 27 grain slugs. Nice shooting!

A 218 is wider than a 217 so to make them the same weight the 218 would be shorter,
If you compare a 217 to a 218 you must check the length.
And go up in weight to compare the shape and length
Should it not.

Hi Bonesaw, I get about 60 shots per fill on maximum power, shooting the 25gr at a lower power setting I get in access of 80 shots.

Hi Hans, I got hold of a .177 FX barrel this week, heeeha. So I will hopefully do this video in the next two weeks. I have a league shoot on the 22nd with the FX, then I can swop the barrels and do the testing. Looking forward to it.
