This book does an amazing job at immersing you in the story. In those points where she is depressed and is experiencing seasonal depression, it feels like it drags on almost like depression does. Also in the moments you want to last forever, like the end, they seem to last the shortest. I loved this book and no one can tell me it was bad.
I liked it more after I finished it. I like the idea that sad things can be beautiful too. Him tragically loosing his life isn't that beautiful. On the other had he is devoted to helping others. He reached the apex of happiness by finally talking to her and loving her, even if it is just a day. How many people never find courage to speak up? I like that the book did not end with a typical happy end. It made the story real.
About him hunting her. I feel it is just reaction, he is anxious and exited and worried. Sometimes you just can't control everything and you go by instincts. I don't think he intended to hurt her, he just lost control of the situation. And that is just the reality of the world. We are only humans after all.
I’ve waited 10 years for the 2nd book 🙄😭 my teenage self needed more at the end… and now knowing he has a perspective…do I read it?!? 😭😭😭 this book goodnessss!!!
There is a 2nd one! 💗😭😀
The second book comes out today!!!!
I refused to picture her with a tiara and so I was jumpscared whenever it was mentioned 😂
Somehow a deeply frustrating yet enjoyable read.
I just finished this book and I’m literally about to sob omg 😭😭
I think the purpose of the slow beginning and fast ending is because it was told how it felt to autumn. Like how it took so long for them to finally get together and realize but then at the end they barely had anytime until he was gone. So I think that’s why it’s kind of dragged on at the beginning.
I like that way of thinking! I never really thought about it that way.
I enjoyed this book so much it was so pure but heartbreaking 💔 love your videos and your editing skills are elite 🍂🤍
omg thank you so much!! ❤️❤️❤️

i would definitely recommend the second book because his point of view gives a lot of insight on ur confusion.
Listening to Fade Into You while reading the last chapters broke me even more 😭😭😭

It’s heartbreaking of course but the book is ok.

Weren’t we supposed to get fins POV this year !?
Ok so when I read this book, I thought it had an ok pace. But then when the death and the attempt of sui*id came up it was only like 5 pages which I did't like too much. I felt like the author should have fast forward on some of the book, and slowed down on some of the other parts. Also I could be dumb, but what did really happen to Finny. Like I know Sylvie flew thru a window, but then what happened to finny? So my overall impression was, it was a pretty good book. I like the short chapters. But jumping from the past them coming back confused me a lot. Also again some parts were too slow and some were too fast. So I would remand this book. But is it my fav...No. So read at your own risk :)
Quick Rant if you wanna read:
One thing I want yalls opinion on, is Jamie and Sasha relationship before the whole thing about them hooking up was reveled. Like Jamie plays as this cute and charming person when you read it at first. But then when you finish it, you realize how much of a walking red flag him and Sasha was. Like going on movie dates alone.... Common now, you should have seen that sooner girl.
Tell me If you agree with any of this plz!
Finny had a seatbelt on, so he stayed in his seat, but he got out of the car to save Sylvie but he got electrocuted.
Anyone else found it weird that in the book only the highest of the jear are witten in detail and that you dont really know how old she is?
I finished book 2 today and now i feel empty
I need someone to explain the ending to me cause I’m so confused, it went by so quickly! Like ik Finn went to help Sylve (idk if I spelled that right) and he put his hand into a puddle of water that had electricity in it so that’s why he died. But then Autumn like tried to -- herself right? Then she found out she was pregnant? But then we never found out anything else about the baby like I thought it was going to end with the baby being born and it looking like Finn or something. I also was listing to an audio book so I couldn’t like re read it to understand it lol! So I guess I understand the ending but like I’m confused why the author made it end like that… 😂😂
IKR!! Like the whole book moved at a ok pace even a little slow. Then out of know where Finny dies and then she is preggo and --- herself but then it ends like that??? This all happened in like 5- pages.
I lowkey hated the book and don’t get the hype. I won’t judge people who like it I just don’t get it. Autumn was so annoying and the whole book was eh. The writing was like so mid. It felt like one of those books where people who don’t read like it. Just not for me but not judging anyone. Just wanna see other peoples views on the book
PPL WHO DONT READ PART KILLED ME 😂
@@brandyirisable inform me?
