A Court of Silver Flames is literally one of my favorite books ever. I’ve been obsessed with Sarah J Maas since like 2016 when I first read throne of glass but that book is the best out of all of them imo. Especially if you got to read it during the pandemic. Nesta’s relationship with the house hit different while being stuck at home
hii! just found your channel and loved your video! - subscribed. Since you enjoyed the girl who fell beneath the sea, i would recommend the daughter of the mood goddess. I just finished reading it and am reading the sequel, it is so good (in my opinion) and has that same Ghibli vibes that you were talking about.
spoilers for silver flames (also if i spell names wrong, forgive me, it's been over a year since i finished the series) honestly, i loved the book, but a lot of it bothered me. it's supposed to be nesta's book, and while she did get a lot of character development, the central problem in the story was feyre's pregnancy. the pregnancy doesn't even make sense because feyre and rhys talked about wanting to spend time (likely decades) with freedom before having a child. randomly changing it and making it the focus of the book doesn't make sense. i'm hoping the series makes a return soon because even with these annoyances it was great. sadly i think maas is focusing on the crescent city series (which i tried reading but just didn't enjoy)
a court of silver flames was my favorite of the series!! can’t wait for the next one📖❤️🔥⚔️
Mine too!! I seriously was putting it off because I couldn’t stand Nesta but I LOVED this book. Devoured in like 2 days
