@@RussellSyx no doubt .. I’m trying to make more funny videos on my page in the TH-cam shorts but lately I been 🥱 sleepy . But I plan on either going live or doing a boxing 🥊 video collaboration with you soon .. that should bring more followers and entertainment while we entertain the people 💪🏾

As children we would "pan for gold" in that water trough. A few of the cabins there are from local families that were transported there. Thanks so much for your thorough review & awesome video.

Oh my gosh! When you talk of going to the water side & feeding the ducks with your grandad, it warmed my heart & brought back many wonderful memories for me too! We done the same years ago! And yes, you remember correct, there was a restaurant there, wonderful food, especially the grits & chicken & dumplings! Oh my, do you remember the Boiled green peanuts?!! My mouth is watering now 😅

My parents and I have been there many times. Great place to camp with a trailer. Nice people, nice Park Rangers. Lots to do for
children also. We really enjoyed camping there so much that was the only camping place we went to.

As an "Alabamian" my whole life, I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Tannehill is well known to us locals & after watching your video & commentary I see that we take Tannehill for granted. Its just a place that we've always gone to for multiple reasons but I have never thought of it like I see in your video. Its so nice & uplifting to view & hear this from a newcomer. I came across your channel by searching "Tannehill " as we are visiting there (30 minutes away from our home) with friends during trade days this weekend. I have subbed to your channel & look forward to viewing your previous content. Thank you so much for posting this video & your review of one of our many treasured places here that many of us locals take for granted. Take care & God bless! Thanks again!

Do you remember the iron toys that the blacksmiths would make there?

Yes, I think I do remember that. I for sure remember riding the mini train too, we loved that.

I didn’t see the church. Is it still at the top of the hill on the west side of the park?

I'm not entirely sure Jon (sorry for the late reply btw). I kinda ran sort on time and had to wrap up quickly, didn't quite get to explore like I wanted to. Gotta plan these trips better.
