Tannehill Ironworks Historic State Park in Alabama is by far the best campground that I've visited so far... with an expansive property for camping, hiking, trout fishing, touring their museum, gristmill, cabins from the 1800s, working gristmill, (and enormous furnaces, which I missed), not to mention a miniature train ride, craft cabins and creamery! In this video, I mention visiting again in the spring, but I learned about their Halloween event during my research! I'm trying to bring my video creation skills to the next level and truly hope you enjoy this video. Thank you for your support!

I live just north of BHM and you gave me more info about Tannehill than I’ve had even having visited there several times. Once a month is a trade day and people come from all over to find their treasures. Thanks!!!

Excellent video, Traci. You are so good at editing your videos. Nice content too. Only thing is I had no idea what the older gentleman at the end was talking about. LOL 😂

I am from another state and my parents and I went camping there many times. Nice people to camp beside. People who worked there were nice so were the park rangers. Many fun things for children to do. My favorite place to camp. Actually the only place
we went to. The other places did not compare to this place.

Me too! That sounds yummy! It does feel awkward on tours in the south sometimes, even for us southerners. I find all history fascinating though. If we don’t remember, it’s hard to learn from mistakes. Thank you for watching! ❤️
