I know this video is a couple of months old, but I just got the M50, and I just want to know your experience with it in rainy weather like in the video, since it's not weatherproof/rainproof And I don't want mine to break in any kind of way 😅

Hahaha after watching your stories I started paying attention to the amount of times you said sick :P All I can say is that this video was really sick man! To be honest, that opening shot, of the workers against the blue background was my favourite shot. The contrast and composition was just really great :D Can't wait to see the car-video :D

The Canon M50 and the M50 Mark II are absolutely IDENTICAL. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS A FIRMWARE UPDATE. Canon could easily update the regular M50, but chose not to. I suspect Canon wants consumers to consume, and 'force' them to buy the Mark II and make more money (as usual).
Maybe. I agree with you but i believe its not just marketing and money. I am sure they improve some things in body of camera etc... every single improve in produce is i portant. I can not imagine, they just really make mark II totally copying mark I.
Still on my Canon 60D with 50mm 1.8, 10-18mm and 70-300mm, feels and looks agricultural now. 😂 Tempted by the Sony A7iii 2nd hand as they’re not a bad price.. But just bought a 3080 because I’m an idiot ☺️☺️☺️☺️

He said he's using the Canon 16-35 but that silver lens he has on that white M50 body looks like a kit lens. He doesn't actually mention it and there's no exif data on the photos which is a shame
The channel name is optical but he kept on using the back screen to make photographs! Doesn't anyone use the viewfinder (optical or electronic) anymore!?
Probably a silly question but did you edit the photos before posting them in the video or is that how the shot came out straight from the camera, cheers.
Help! I come from a Canon 1200D for 6 years I am with it and I would like to change to another camera since I feel more experimenting on the subject, the doubt is I buy the M50 or better the Canon 6D of the first generation.
MK1 is exactly the same ✌️ only difference is eye detection but so far in my tests I have seen no advantages at all. It also now can do live steaming but again that doesn’t change anything so therefore it’s exactly the same 🙏

I don't like how you can change aperture, shutter speed and ISO. You need to scroll and stuff, seems weird to me, is that the only way to change settings?
I’ve been stuck between the Nikon D5600 and M50 mark II. Price doesn’t matter to me. I mainly focus on photography. Is there really a big difference between these two cameras that I should take into consideration?

Полностью посмотрел ваш ролик, было смотреть приятно, правда смотрел на ломанном русском субтитрах, и так не нашёл название объектива в данном ролике, подскажите пожалуйста какой это объектив? И будет ли такое же качество в видео в Full HD? Или посоветуйте пожалуйста другой объектив для видео. Так же я занимаюсь видеомонтажем + фотомонтажем (Не на слабом уровне. just got the MK2 for Christmas:) it's crazy how small it is compared to a DSLR, all my lenses weigh about double the camera 😭

JPEG’s will always be slightly different but yes they still work on them might need to do a few extra tweaks on the contrast ✌️
