Automatic Water Transfer Printing Machine for Military Equipment
Military manufacturers need to print graphics on a variety of materials that are used for military equipment, including helmets, firearms and more. Many of these are made of a mix of plastic and metal, both of which are not easy to print on using standard printing techniques. They are also materials that can be dipped in water without causing them any damage. As such, these manufacturers use a technique called water transfer printing to print logos and other graphics on military equipment. Hydrographics are a quick and easy way to solve the printing problem for such materials and products.
    What is Water Transfer Printing?
Water transfer printing is also known as hydrographics, water transfer imaging or immersion printing, sometimes also referred to as hydro-dipping. This is because parts of the material being printed on is actually dipped in water during the printing process. This process is used on materials that cannot be painted on using the various conventional painting techniques. This process is used for printing high definition graphics on 3D objects. It can be used on metal, hardwood, plastic, glass, fiberglass, and ceramics, among a few others.
Automatic Water Transfer Printing for Military Helmets
HG Arts has brought the latest technology in hydrographics into its automated water transfer printing machines. These machines have the latest printing technology incorporated into their design and functioning. These make decorating and printing on any material extremely simple and easy once the graphics to be printed are ready.
When manufacturing any military equipment, be it helmets, firearms or something else, it becomes essential that they have the military insignia on them, along with any others graphics they might need, depending on its usage. Most of their products are made of either plastic or metal or a combination of both. Both these materials are extremely difficult to print or paint on.
The process of water transfer printing is especially useful for the military manufacturers to meet these specific needs. These manufacturers’ problems of printing on military equipment in high definition and fine detailing is taken care of by automated water transfer printing machines manufactured and supplied by HG Arts.
These automated water transfer printing machines are capable of printing graphics on helmets at the rate of up to 19000 helmets a month with all the required detailing.

At what temp do you have your water? i bought your film and your activator from the website. my water temp is at 85. When I dip my part it goes through as if i dipping in a piece of paper instead.
