Brilliant thank you. It reminds me of the old days when we were able to rely on Xerox photocopy machines which used ink that dissolved easily in solvent! Your method is great and a very helpful demo.
Do you have a link to the paper that you use, maybe one for Amazon. I think this is a crucial part of the process and to use paper not suitable would fail. I am looking for this process to make Circuit Board for Electronics.
Hello, NITRO THINNER is a quick drying colorless solvent for thinning paints and anti-rust primer, which is applied by spray gun. It can also be used for cleaning the application tools. Specific gravity: 0.90±0.04Kg/lt.
It’s an incredibly difficult chemical to get because it’s basically the same thing as nitroglycerin- it was initially used to make guncotton and mining explosives- expect to end up on a watch list if you follow this procedure. It’s incredibly dangerous to work with even if you know what you’re doing, and shouldn’t be used by people who don’t in weekend science fair experiments, or promoted to be used by people who don’t know how to use it.
Is iron chloride a better choice then Muratic Acid and Hydrogen peroxide to etch out. ❤ Thank you for the formula..nitro thinner and alcahol !!!! I was going to use light sensetive paper and plastic clear sheets to print on and expose. So much quicker you are😂👍.
Is there any sort of distortion in the toner when its transferred to the metal? I have been working on this for well over a year and would love to put my project to bed. I am using the toner transfer as a resist mask prior to electroplating. Any idea of any generic Nitro Thinner would work?
Hello, I need your help... I don't have strong English, but I somehow realized that you use thinner and alcohol to transfer the design. I did the same, but when I put it in acid, the parts where the design is stuck to the metal They were removed from the metal and the work was ruined. Is the problem with the acid or the type of transmission?!?! Should I dilute the acid with water or use it pure?!
Hello, i use the acid as it is, not diluted. Sorry, i don't understand exactly what is happening to your project. Can you give me more details? The black part/toner is also removed by the acid? How long did the parts stayed in acid?
I like the narration. Finaly a video that i could watch from the start to the end. By the other videomontages without commentary i just click a few times through the timeline and then look and the endresult. That way i can watch the video in 5 seconds and have basicaly seen the same as if i had sat through the whole video. Are you keeping this new style of video? One thing thou; the music almost drowns your voice. Better turn the music way down.
Hello and thank you! I will make some videos with voice and some without. I hope that i will improve my english, i don't have the chance to practice a lot. I will try to decrease the music volume .

hello what is used solution componentS?
Thank you for guiding me so that I can do this beautiful and attractive art
Most welcome 😊!

Where do you get the paper?
This is really helpful and interesting. Thank you very much for making and sharing this video! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Thank you! Happy Holidays to you also!!
Great video. Thank you for your contribution. Transfer with heat is a nuisance. I will try your method with the transfer solution. Thank you!
What is the nitric thinner? I’m unclear on the exact materials you used.

Eyyy a voiceover!
By the way, what was the solution you used at 3:40?
Hello, it is Iron Chloride, i will make a video about it.
Thank you! Excited to see it
Interesting and you don’t have to use “presensitized” copper boards! Thanks for the helpful information.
Easier, faster and you got better results if you just wet the paper (any kind) with acetone. Using a laser printer to print the image.is a must.
can you expand on your method please
Whaaa?? Remove the exes paper with acetone?? And use reg. paper.
Is it absolutely necessary to get the Nitro Thinner with the D209 extension. I can get Nitro thinner but maybe not that type?
This type worked best for me but you can try other

Hello i have a video with a dice box, i was able to transfer 0.5mm detail. Any nitro thinner should work.
That’s great. Some of my designs have text that is .45mm. I have good results with a laminator but some of my work won’t fit in a laminator.
Can I use any paint thinner instead of nitro thiner to make transfer solution?
Hello, only nitro thinner worked best for me.
@@ImpactDIYwhat is nitro thinner? Where I live I’ve never seen or heard of it. Is it acetone, xylene,….? Thanks

@@ImpactDIY If I put it in acid, it won't work in 15 seconds because the black part is ruined...
@@ImpactDIY Yes, the black parts disappear and the design disappears
@@ImpactDIY We use nitric acid
That is the problem, please use Iron(III) chloride (Formula: FeCl3) and it will be ok.
Hey, nice video !! What did you do to remove the black lines in the end ? thanks in advance
Hey, thank you :)! I use 3000grit sandpaper or nitro thinner or isopropyl alcohol.
What is the transfer liquid? like a glue or something?
Hello, watch the full video please, i explain how to make it.
Salut,

Hello and thank you!! The next project is a big one, i hope you will like it :).
Can I do this on sterling silver?
Very interesting the paper that is not sold anywhere
Thanks à lot for sharing
Appreciated the information but not the soundtrack.
You're going to bust his nuts over the music?
