i grow them for about 2 years and i love their taste, but i have one question. how can i make canning from them? and if its not secret to give me some recipe for it, i really wanna start to grown them on big. for now i got arround 40-50 nylon bags (8 kgs) per month. ty

Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "substitute mushrooms for meat" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Heenyan Mushroom Organifiction - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

You can do it with a cementmixer, a large autoclave and a forklift. The most important thing is cleanliness.

Europe had a head start. they have the best mushrooms growers. you can start up your own farm without the heavy machinery.
