very cool model. It may be good to show a quick whiteboard drawing of just a semi and full floating axle set up and where the suspension all connects. Being a bit of a newbie on all this, I can’t quite picture at all, but I’ll look up some other information. i’m just not sure if it has anything to do with the suspension at all or just the transmission of the torque/power.
Great video. I’ve never heard the term “ floating axle” until recently. Ironically, I’ve changed bearings and seals on a floating axle for 20yrs. I drive and repair semi trucks 🤦♂️ 😂

You're very welcome. Good luck with the bearing replacement. Make sure you change the races out as well and set the preload correctly.

Thanks Alexis. At this time, unfortunately I'm not releasing the CAD files. I may do so sometime in the future.
