I have it on ps4 and to get rid of the gray filter I just changed my tv settings on how the screen is displayed which made look way better

But I also got rid of the power saving it had making it brighter

In PC version you have a lot of graphics mods that put the graphic in other level, for the characters I recomend you search Cel shading mods, they looks a looot better
