Not the biggest upgrade visually. Lighting is better on PS5 (PS4 looks really dark for some reason) and fields look better because CC2 added an over abundance of flowers (lol), water is clearer on PS5 but there are certain shots where I prefer the darker blues of the ocean on PS4. Character models are higher resolution and less fuzzy from a distance on PS5 as well. The biggest and most welcome change with this upgrade though, are the loading times. This game flies on my PS5. I’m glad that I waited. I couldn’t have dealt with this game’s loading times on my PS4.
PS4 seems to have no global illumination, which makes sense for such a large map based game, however, their replacement for that light is a very blue shadow and AO for some reason.

My PS5 version flickers (aliasing) on buildings and the fishing docks as much as the PS4 Pro version. Is the PS5 Slim missing stronger anti aliasing or something? Can anyone verify this? I don't remember my brothers PS5 Original having this problem.
if they really wanted to the ps4 verison could have looked the same too bad no one trys to push the ps4 to its limits, the closest the ps4 got to its limits was red dead

Why didn't you complain about PS4 graphics when "DBZ Kakarot" didn't exist on PS5 yet? When PS6 comes out in the world you will say PS6 graphics are better than PS5. When PS6-Pro comes out you will say PS6-Pro graphics are better than PS6. It has no end!

Thought by now some of the graphical updates would have come to PC. So weird they didn't update textures and stuff for the PC version. Also, the loading times have nothing to do with the update, but rather the hardware storage type of each console. The PS4 stock uses a 5400RPM SATA spinning drive with a max transfer rate of 600MB/s, if you're lucky. While the PS5 uses Gen 4 M.2 at no less than 5500MB/s.

i experienced frame drops while in super saiyan blue during the triangle/y combo ender but other than that the game looks and plays great
