This is my playthrough/quick showcase of Transformation & Fusion CGI Cutscenes in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2

The problem with the English dubbing of this game is that the lines are not synchronized with the character's mouth, while in Japanese they are
I mean that happens alot in anime games and in the anime itself but i see what you mean
It’s almost like this game was originally intended for a Japanese dub…
Like in FighterZ, the characters are talking but the English Dub is not synchronized
obviously, the animation was intended to be in japanese, imagine spending all that time animating japanese synchronization just to try and animate it to english synchronization, your crazy
I think it's how they translate it, in the anime it's translated better to fit the lip flaps, in the games I think it's just one pass through, and not much editing is done to change it. Example being in dbz kai, goku says to frieza " You'll pay for that " after he talked about krillin. In japanese he just said " you're talking about krillin??? "
TLTR: Dub usually will change lines from sub that fit better with flaps while meaning the same thing.
the best one might just be Goku vs Hit, like, absolutely everything looks amazing
