I recently visited Highland 80 ft model home in Elyson, it’s massive like 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms! But it was like 1.5 million 😅
I have lived in Katy for 12 years now and I still love the area...great views cuz NO BIG ASS BUILDINGS BLOCKING YOUR VIEW OF THE SUN AND WORLD!

40, 50, 60 foot lots are referring to the “width”of the lot.

@@jfeldsteingaona Larger homes because the width of the house will be ten feet wider than smaller one (40 v 50, 50 v 60)
