Presently, I have two kettlebells (16kg and 24kg) and am looking to add another. What weight would you suggest?
Hi Andy, a 32kg!I got some in stock if you're looking for high quality Kettlebells.Kettlebellclub.shop
Is this S&S meant to be performed alone or as a complementary program to other programs? For example, you perform S&S in two days of the week, and the other remaining workout days you will follow a different routine.
Yes absolutely, you can do it this way. Also it can be a stand alone plan.
Perfect !!! Thanks for including a warm up and cool down routine also. It’s helpful to follow along with a full bell session.
How about a leg routine for strength and hypertrophy?
I'll do one soon!
@@HardstyleKettlebellPro Great!
How could I combine simple and sinister with power to the people?
Brett Jones has an article about this. 3x a week do PTTP prior to S&S
Alternative days, one day SnS, next day PTTP
No,no,no, when you do "Halo" your elbows should be closer to your core in lower point..
Lol thanks for the tip sensei
