It's now 2days on and I still have the headache and cramping and my stomach feels constantly full. I am due to see the dentist on Tuesday for a routine appointment. Should I reschedule?

I always wondered what the stomach flu virus is called. Wish there was a vaccine like there is for influenza.
Our house has been stricken with it an my son ended up in hospital.
