They are really wonderful people. Not like usual business-minded-only people but they actually interact with people at a personal level. I didn’t have had the chance to visit the store but have met them in person at Coin Fairs and it was truly a pleasure. I intend to visit the store some day… hopefully soon… 🤞🏼

Since Brexit I've been well satisfied on over a dozen online purchases.

I went in yesterday an bought 21 Oz of silver Britannia bullion coins. Never done this before. Nice lady served me and I enjoyed the time I spent in the shop. An my experience got me hooked on stacking silver then later gold. Great fun.😊
Looking forward to these, I know what you mean in regards to the strong room, 3 years ago I was luckily enough to visit the vaults of the US federal reserve in New York, a very cool place to be too
It was like something from oceans eleven down in their vault!

I remember buying the commemorative silver Icelandic coin set from this company many years ago.
Shops changed since I paid a visit! Think it would have been in the late 90s! A small room quite darkly lit with one counter of gold. Felt like an Aladdins cave. I may be romanticising a little as I was quite young and it was a long time ago. Nice to see Chards has grown since then. 😊

Hmm, For a retail shop I am surprised with how lean the display counters are stocked. I am glad you had a good visit there. I would have been wandering around with my jaw scraping the floor.
It's just not the culture for UK coin shops. Trust me, they had millions and millions of pounds worth of stock

Oh wow, the gold Taj Mahal 4 layer ceiling coin is stunning, i have the first 4 in the series...in silver but still an absolute joy to look at. Chards started my love affair with the kookaburra when i first started collecting, but ashamed to say ive not bought from them in quite a while.

Kookaburra's are the cheapest bullion to buy, would stay with Britannia if you ever need to sell in UK, or CGT will hit hard and nasty.

Is it best to buy new Sovereigns or old Sovereigns ? for investment.

Nice video bro. I liked the intro and the chilled music, nice drive if you can time it right, how long did it take for you to travel there if you don't mind me asking. Only trying to formulate on wether or not it might be worth visiting different dealer shops. I am relatively new to stacking and have not yet visited any coin shop as of yet, but really want to soon
