    Ike Khumalo spoke so well regarding the issue of illegal immigration, sanctions of Zimbabwe and Haitia, the false idea that Africa never had borders, racism and inequality in SA, Second Codesa as the possible solution going forward in SA and the sanction people can expect if they can take the land, the constitution and laws of the country

    As a Congolese born and raised in Eswatini but living and working in South Africa, I totally support Ike on what foreigners are doing in South Africa, we need him too in DRC because our country has been taken over by Nigerians, Indians and Rwandans. I like that scarce skills part, I'm an Industrial Robotics and Artificial intelligence engineer which is a scarce skill and you should only be allowed to come to a country if you coming to start a business or are a scarce skill, PERIOD!!

      @@briandejesustofa3708 that's because maybe there's not enough local citizens willing to do that job, but in South Africa and the DRC there's more than enough people for those jobs but illegal immigrants are hired instead because they can be overworked and underpaid.

    We had borders since the begining of time. That is why we had people running away from inkosi uShaka to the land of kgosi Moshoeshoe and inkosi uHintsa.
    We all knew where the land of each tribe began and ended. Malema is drunk, yes we did not have fence, however, no one would enter any land of any African kingdom without declaring and asking for permission to either pass through or stay.

    • @donaldmolaba3464

    • @mthokozisilanga4497
      @mthokozisilanga4497 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@donaldmolaba3464 That was borderline.
      You might well say, like colonizers that Africans did not marry, just because they did not wear a suit and a white wedding dress in front of the pulpit.
      That is a colonization mindset. Yes we married and yes we had borders.
      How would people like AmaMfengu became refugees in the land of AmaXhosa if there were no borders?
      Inkosi uCetshwayo had his land and his people and accepted iNdlovukazi uNandi and his son inkosi uShaka, whilst other subgroups were chasing them away.
      How can those kings and chiefs chase indlovukazi and inkosi away if there was no borderline?
      This is just a crazy argument based on a cognitive dissonance.

    Yoh, from 23:00 to 25:00 Ike echoed all my thoughts about the "average" man. Two days ago 85000 people gathered to watch a bunch of grown-ups run around kicking a ball for 90 min, last week it was 90 000. Some even traveled from different provinces,yet we can't even get 10% of these people to march to Mega watt park and demand the sacking of Andre de Ruyter. When you realize the number of people that were gathered in those stadiums equals to our entire Military and police force combined you'l realize that South Africans deserve the high unemployment rate, lack of service delivery, the privatizing of SOE and non-stop loadsheding.

    I concur with Penuel's observation that South Africans tend to travel primarily for leisure purposes. Personally, I have been fortunate enough to possess a bold and adventurous spirit, and have traveled extensively throughout Africa, interacting with people from all over the continent. During our conversations, I noticed that individuals travel for two main reasons: firstly, due to poverty and lack of opportunities in their home countries, and secondly, to gain skills and knowledge from around the world. However, the issue arises when many of these individuals do not wish to return to their countries of origin, including Nigerians. Instead, a significant number of them choose to settle in Europe, Canada, or the US. As a Master's degree student at Pan African University, I have had the opportunity to interact with African students from various countries, and it is interesting to note that many of them aspire to relocate to France (for those from French-speaking nations) or Canada.

    He touched something when we he said we engineered to fight the system the once they got freedom they didn't know what to do with afterwards. My father spoke something similar he said before apartheid ended Matric was a very high accolade and once after receiving you could start a family and work but that all changed with the end of apartheid. If you look in history, the people that actually fight the war, they are not well taken care of afterwards. Tom cruise made a movie about war vets and their trauma after wars but in true fact , some leaders are great at fighting while others are great in administration, it really depends what you looking for as a people, someone who can toyi toyi or someone who can give good service delivery and expand our economy.

    Never knew about this man before. Like him very much. Well done on pushing him on the Roman Dutch law question. I thought that was interesting, but I think it warrants its own full hour as I am also a big critic of the foreign law blueprint we mirror.
