This is a very great and laudable projects by Oyo State. But I wish those structures and infrastructures displayed like comical Disneyland cartoons are going to be in reality. One can imagine how beautiful it would be, to have such in Ibadan, Oyo State.

I think this will be actualized with BAT ... also i think it should be made a 3-3 lane road to and fro rather than a 2-2 lane road bcos it will be one of the important development in the
south western region and probably the first circular road of any city in West Africa.. although Lagos has something similar with its 3rd mainland bridge construction way back !!

I agree Ola 2-2 lane is too small for an the urban density of Ibadan a 3-3 lane is the way to go ! 🙂

This is an ambitious project that can change the economic trajectory of Ọ̀yọ́ state. Good to see the Ọ̀yọ́ state government planning into the future.

All these 3d renderings are what are notorious for Nigerian initiatives. Sadly majority of them are abandoned. Displays like these should be in technical analysis meetings with key stakeholders and not for the general public. The public should be seeing the work done and the completed project. Nigeria and mediocrity are like Siamese twins...spits

Fancy design Indeed. But I hope that it is not another project that when stated, will drag on forever.

Why can't the railway system be incorporated into this plan to make life easy for the supposed inhabitants of these new areas??

If you listened to the governor recently, he said that there's a future railway track in the plan. Reason they are marking off 500k to right and 500k yo left as offset

For the future, lease lands in Yoruba land instead of selling them. This is the par for the course all over the world, worldly. Thank you for the futuristic video.
