This is a very great and laudable projects by Oyo State. But I wish those structures and infrastructures displayed like comical Disneyland cartoons are going to be in reality. One can imagine how beautiful it would be, to have such in Ibadan, Oyo State.
I think this will be actualized with BAT ... also i think it should be made a 3-3 lane road to and fro rather than a 2-2 lane road bcos it will be one of the important development in the south western region and probably the first circular road of any city in West Africa.. although Lagos has something similar with its 3rd mainland bridge construction way back !!

I agree Ola 2-2 lane is too small for an the urban density of Ibadan a 3-3 lane is the way to go ! 🙂
