I use both and while the tablet is very smooth and ergonomic, I have some issues with drivers and cable/port issues (my tablet isn't wireless).
But my mouse has always been handy in cases of emergency.
Overall, it comes down to making the best out of your tool(s)

yeah absolutely. There is always some sort of patch around drivers. I did love my tablet but the injury made switch!

Great video - really surprised at the outcome even thought I also am using a Magic Mouse these days.
I used the Wacom Intuos 3 mouse (which has to be positioned on the tablet) for years and I absolutely loved it. As a matter of fact I used that mouse in pen mode meaning that every point on the tablet was mapped to the screen which allowed me to gain muscle memory for extremely precise movements. As a bonus whenever someone came to my computer and tried to use my mouse they were extremely confused 😂. Unfortunately I have had issues with the Wacom drivers now that the hardware is so outdated. Cheers!

haha nice one, yeah I loved my intuos 3, I had it short distance as a mouse too, so everyone also got very confused because one small movement got you out of the screen ; ) But yeah I am surprised to say the magic mouse is great!

    Thanks for another great video.
Please tell us your opinion after using the magic mouse for the long term. Do you feel any discomfort using it all day with a claw/fingertip grip?
How about the precision of the magic mouse? I need a mouse mainly for UIDesign (Figma) and I saw some users complaining about the precision.

Thanks Mihai! my opinion remains the same, for figma specially this is an amazing mouse becuase you move over the artboard with ease. As I mentioned in the video its not considered the most ergonomic mouse apparently, but I found it to be the most for me. I suggest you buy it and try it for a month and if you dont like you can always return it, most companies will give you a month to return.

My dream is for Apple to make the MacBook trackpad use the Apple Pencil

I feel you Robz, that's why I used the Intuos 3, it had the same feeling as the magic mouse but as a pen tablet. Actually Apple could design a pen tablet for designers.... but they make more money with Ipads I guess

@@designthescenes yeah sadly they won't make it happen since big money is on procreate / iPad for creatives

Thank you so much mr. Alex for this video.🖤
    I wanna ask something.
I started learning graphic design at home. Should I niche down at the beginning? And how can i niche down?

Not yet, at the beginning the best thing you can do is to get inspired from the best designers out there, see what you like doing and over time you will choose your path... right now it is too early to find a niche.
