Very excellent and useful information about the new Laws and it's effect introduced by the Union Government. Generally, the above laws are to crush common and very poor people's day today life. However, It will be very happy if our country will not move to dictatorship by way of enacting this type of rigorous laws. JAIHIND INDIA.

See Sec.107 of BNS - Police cannot attach immovable properties. They have to file an application before court. The court has to pass an interim or final order of attachment after detail enquiry.
As talking in medias 3 laws are very dangerous .. if it is true,,will opposition leaders , ..Naidu, Nitish will fight for reversal of 3 new laws or support the new laws?

Police has not been given any Judicial Magistrate Powers. Only Executive Magistrate Powers under Sec.15 and Sec.162 of BNSS.
