It's pancake day here in the UK and I just made these using MyProtein Chocolate and Banana flavoured whey. They came out amazing. I used skimmed milk instead of almond milk but they still came out perfect and they fit my macros.

I just made these :) YUM. I didn't have whey protein. All I had was plain rice protein powder. It doesn't mix as well as I would imagine whey does. I kept adding more almond milk until I got the batter to a good consistency. Next time I will try these with whey. Thanks for great easy recipe!
Taste surprisingly nice man! I hate vanilla shakes and this is a great way to get rid if it for me! My advice is don't get cocky and make one too big it will burn lol great recipe though bro!

Michael, I read a lot about how heating actually destroys the protein from the powder (whey especially). However, often in your recipes you cook or bake the powder... what is you opinion about this? I normally don't add the powder to the batter for the pancakes, but to the filling...

I do like 60g of cottage cheese, 60g of oats, 1 whole egg and 150 grams of eggwhites. I sometimes do a protein topping with a scoop of whey and 50 ml of low fat milk, or I just add the protein powder in the pancakes. Great recipe!
I am just curious, can you heat up protein powder? For cooking/baking purposes, I read online it is not recommended because it breaks down the composition of it, is this correct? : / I would love to cook and add protein to all of my food!! Almond milk is just a preference because it's lower in calories than milk. As a replacement, use skim milk (works perfectly for all his recipes).
