Dealing with grief is so personal and different to every person. After losing my wife i was seeing a grief counsellor, who gave be a book to read. She had no understanding the emotions, loss, confusion of how i was feeling. I grieved badly for eight years, it was only when my wife communicated with be from the spirit, asking if i loved her, to keep a promise and that was now time to move on. Which i did.
We always will have our quite moments, anniversaries etc when we will express our tears, love etc.
