    With all due respect, Does anyone at the Rajashri speaks “Hindi”? It would benefit larger masses if in Hindi with English sub-titles. Btw, recipes are great. Thanks.

    In western countries everything comes frozen... I don't know why people love these countries. India is far better in terms of social life and food habits.

    We should not serve or pour salt by our hands. Three things salt,ghee and rice that is annam we should not serve by hand only with spoon we serve

    • @dhanurekha6978
      @dhanurekha6978 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Actually while cooking great grandmas never added salt by spoons, they used their hands to perfect the correct amount of salt. But after cooking, when the food was served they used spoons for salt. Especially in Tamil Nadu, even if there are 100 dishes, salt is served first in the left corner of the plantain leaf !

    pro tip: The recipe on its own is underwhelming. Add double the quantity of spices mentioned. Add sweet corn or potato. And instead of frying the carrots, boil it along with the peas.
