Ingredients I used:
2 Cups Jasmine Rice or Long Grain White Rice
4 Cups of Vegetable or Chicken Broth
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Black or White Pepper
2 Minced Carrots / Approximately 3/4-1 Cup
3/4-1 Cup Frozen Thawed Peas
This rice recipe goes great with Mole or any other of your favorite recipes!
