The first half of the th-cam.com/users/postUgkx3ICSK6nSknaL_45CU2NmFSoXjarGMDiJ book is everything about wood: types, tools, finishes, setting up shop etc. The second half is all about doing projects for inside and outside of the home. The color pictures are helpful. After reading a dozen of these types of books, this is probably the best overall (layout, color photos, plans). Only detraction is that many of the projects use a table saw/router/planer, which are usually expensive and take up space, so the plans are less friendly to newcomers and the budget conscious. But I know I can use a drill, circular saw or a jigsaw to make the projects.
A mechanical approach. Nit what I prefer. But... Hey man. Good job. You got it done. And I'm sure your next one is going to be better. Tha k you for sharing it with us

Maybe I missed it but aren't you supposed to seal it with beeswax or something after it's first made? I mean he sanded it all down and had it looking great but didn't include the final part.
This is a nice looking spoon, my friend. I enjoyed watching you make it. What did you do with the left overs? I thought that you might be able to make another spoon with the off cuts. Thanks for a fun video. Stay safe.
Ignore the negative comments, but take heed of some of the safety comments lol!! Nice spoon...whats best to seal it with to make it hardwearing and usable?
Can you show how to make a hexagon cutting jig for a mitre saw? Material doesn't matter, I'm just having difficulties making precise hexagons about 3" in diameter that fit together without gaps. I think I've got the 30deg angle down pat, but when I go through the motions, the last angle is always a bit off. Thanks in advance.
Actually they're probably different videos, I thought this was the same as another, but then realized it's a different video made by different people but doing the same thing.
This is a great woodworking book, *TopFineWoodworking. Com* . I took several classes as well as completed a one year diploma in carpentry at a local tech college; this is better than any book I worked out of during those lessons. It includes helpful pictures and goes over just about everything.?
Come back to his videos in a few years and there will be fingers missing that bandsaw is nightmare plus using a chisel towards your hands. Do not mimic this guy.
Super sir good work super video

Some people think it looks good or classy to just make a spoon out of a big chunk of wood and throw away the leftovers
Ignore the negative comments, but take heed of some of the safety comments lol!! Nice spoon...whats best to seal it with to make it hardwearing and usable?

Zach Hollett look at frank howarths segmented bowl videos ,he shows cutting hexagons in two halfs then sanding the two faces so you get a perfect fit
Việt Nam
Amazing handcrafts ! But, Why do you try our bowl chisel, that will be saving much time and next steps after cutting extra material.

Только это не совсем вырезание¿
Of all things, why a spoon? 😂😂😂 Still looks good
Why not
Good try...
LEAVE THE SPOON GUY ALONE
the electricity consumed costs more than the spoon
The time I've wasted watching TH-cam videos I could have made a drawer full of spoons.
phil burton same
Toma Bogdan true but it's still cool looking
This is about the craft, not the cost
Stfu bitch
Welcome to the comments section for the new gandi workshop lol
