Remember that fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, and hate leads to suffering and for Iskat is a example of how the Dark Side lures people to its promises of power and freedom, but as see with Anakin and the other inquisitors they are never truly free only until death.

Even thought their stories are so similar, Iksat's story felt so different from Anakain's to me!

The book showed us the Seventh Sister was broken. Right?

The book describes the Seventh Sister with "something broken about her" & that the Jedi "shattered something inside her" when they turned her away. It seems like the Jedi were the ones to break her, versus being broken by torture in the Inquisitorius headquarters like Trilla or Tualon.

@@ScottyHolidaySW I don't think the Jedi turned Seventh Sister away, I am sure the Empire did.

They talk about it a little on the bottom of page 246 if you want a solid answer 😊

@ScottyHolidaySW I do want a solid answer. I know what I was reading. The setting on page 246 is in the Empire territory. Iskat is not with the Jedi anymore. The Empire turned Seventh Sister away from the Jedi, not the Jedi themselves. "They" is referring to the Empire.

You are so right... I guess that's what happens when I try to look something up after the fact, but not pay attention to the context at the point in the story 😅 So I guess they did break her. I'd love to get more of her story since it's mentioned she trained with Aayla Secura.

You're totally right, I misspoke 😅 She grievously injured the other Youngling with the column.
