Myron(fresh and fit dude) made a comment saying even if youre fat going to the gym, your still fat and not there yet or if you havent lost enough is because youre not doing enough or in a calorie deficit. The guy in green used that as an example because it is true. Myron has been training for years and said that its an easy process, that he lost 1-2 lbs per week when he did some experient on himself, back in 2015 or so. Thats been almost a decade, so if hes training almost every day and eats perfectly healthy, why isnt he more buff like the other dudes? Just using his example
@@milirodriguez8493 that’s because Myron isn’t in a calorie surplus. If he eats above his maintenance calories and kept up with the gym he would get bigger. He still is healthy unlike the other guy
Being fat is 100% a choice I thought weight loss was hard 8 months later and 25kg lighter I found out it’s literally just simple thermodynamics. move more, eat less simples.
