    From my side 1 advice to early wakeup--1. Install Alarmy app(sleep if u can.) And stop alarm by solving numerical in it, simple arithmetic
    2. 1lt. Water drink after wakeup

    early morning has gold in its mouth, losing an hr in the morning will make u hunt for it entire day, it is well to be up before daybreak bcz it will lead to health, wealth and wisdom
    1) fix your bedtime- (6-7) hr sleep
    2)fix your bedtime ritual- no internet around
    3) last meal bfr 3-4 hr bedtime
    4) no caffine, use washroom, drink water
    5) plan the next day- reason for waking up the next day
    6) gradual punctuality, 15 mns rule, no sea change overnight
    7) no snoozing , no rem/deep sleep
    8) ambience- dim light, good mattress, temperature 18-25
    9) compensate lack of sleep- yoga, pranayam, exercise

    Hello sir , I trying for long time to getup early in the morning but not succeed and when i try to sleep early ,will not be able to sleep till 2 or 3 am ,even than i also sleep early and try to sleep than i will get headache and some time i fill sleepy so i go to the bed but than also it will not come . hope i don't have any issue with sleep.

    sir, I m a overthinker n does very less work. how can I get rid of this condition.
    i was not same all my times. I was usually a good student in class times. after that I felt a depression ( bipolar), after that I came on bed n developed bed rest n thinking habits. so I m standing on those things today. how can I b recover from this miserable condition, plz help me.
