    Conclusion -
    1. Be life sensitive.
    2. You will always want to experience the most of the world during your short life...and for that you need to be AWAKE to make the most of it.
    3. Night seems to be better because it has no boundaries. Try to incorporate that same feeling /sense during the day to be more productive.
    Night owl good till it doesn't harm your regular day functioning. But always be an early bird.

    If you do yoga properly daily ,definitely you will be both night owl and early birds to increase your productivity.

    I'm a night and morning person, day aren't meant for me. this is the only reason i can't design my schedule.

    I tried both ways for a long time, and I finally found out that it is better for me to wake up early to be more productive.
    So, I wake up at 5 a.m. and go to sleep at 11 p.m. every single day.
    For you not to be confused, my advice is "DO not sleep too much".

    It can be because your body’s sleep schedule is being thrown way off. The human body was designed to sleep at night, and if you ever plan to get up at 8:30, good luck. Your body needs 6-9 hours of sleep each night, and during sleep, your cartalidge is restores, your brain is growing and shrinking (In a good way to clean itself) and your body rests from the stress of the day.
    Main point: Sleep is critical.

    Going against the nature has always been bad for the human being.our body needs a proper life style which can keep it fit and healthy. Sleeping late night and waking up late morning lead to many disorders for our body like laziness, fatness and depression too .Even we miss fresh air , sunrise, the source of vitamin D and the beauty of nature too which gives us reason to smile in all conditions .How can we forget our childhood poem “early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise “.

      Simple.... Early bird is better. But!!!!!!!!
      If you can control your sleep then be a night owl and if you have amazing waking up schedule then be an early bird.

      One should follow what he / she likes
      If u are comfortable in being night owl then do it
      But I feel that we should be night owl as at night, there is no disturbance and there is an environment specific for concentration. ..the darkness makes all other distracting things vanish and you can concentrate on a particular thing

    I tried both the ways but I am not able to find but I should say that both are good but still iam confused but when I try it for a month it's really worked means that if you want to awake at night you can and still wake up by 5:00 which has changed I noticed in mine

    for most people who are night person .according to me , u do work cause of deadlines . cause personally i am a night person i study at night to complete my daily deadlines . i study for like last 1 or 2 months in my yearly exams .

    Something happens b/w 3:20 - 3:40am !! But every country has diff time zones , so that ` SOMETHING HAPPENS’ will happen on 3:40 am in india then it will be diff. Time in usa , so that ` SOMETHING ‘ will again repeat when it will be 3:40am in usa ?

      Conclusion of the video is Sadhguru trying to say that you can be a night owl or early bird doesn't matter ,what matters is how you are present to surrounding and how you are the life sensitive. We have small life and we have to experience the all kind of things as possible as.👍 Though both times are good to use not matters which is more appropriate for all some
      Likes day and others likes night.❤️
