4:58 "Why are they not making movies on these characters?" The reaction of every single Star Wars fan that has ever seen "Sacrifice" and this cinematic. The question that echoes in the back of our minds when we see the latest results of Kathleen's franchise destroying rampage.
@@kaizammit There are so many storys in the SW Universe that could be made to insane movies or series, but I really hope Disney does not touch these for movies or series, since I fear they wouldn't make them even decent anymore.
No thanks, I don't want Disney and KK anywhere near TOR franchaise. They will probably turn Revan gay, and make Bastila's son conceived by the Force, despite currently he's not force-sensitive.
27:59 what I love is the beginning of the first she says "stay behind me" and from then on the camera is behind her and about the same hight as the girl so you think your in the little girls perspective. Only to pan out and boom reveal she didn't move it's too late.
The shot of her training. When she picks up the staff. That minor crack in the very center of the shot always spoke to me so loudly. Even though it’s very easy to miss. The fact that they added that super minuscule detail in there tells me how much they care about this story. The rigidity of the staff, cracking under pressure due to constant training. The staff representing the girl. Almost giving foresight about her eventually going to snap. Such a powerful/meaningful shot that only occurs for about 3 seconds. It’s amazing and sad that we don’t get this care in storytelling on the main Star Wars universe.
29:50 When talking about wanting more seeds in the last scene to 100% show the last girl/Sith/opponent is the same girl we have seen transformed; the crushed soldier in his armour is another callback to when the little girl crushes her opponent in his armour during her training in the fighting pit. Also, with the first crackle of force lightning at her finger tips, we see a glimpse of the tattooed arm in the brief flash as well.
These still get me pumping after all these years. Star Wars in the hands of people who "get it" is pure magic. If you're looking for something else to check out I would recommend some of the WoW:BFA animated shorts. They are very different then stuff you normally do and might be a fun thing to try. Huge, huge fan of "Daughter of the sea" (Warbringers: Jaina) out of the group of them.
@@kaizammit They're all in here: th-cam.com/play/PLY0KbDiiFYeMUnqOjbB-iz0pkQIdjNjsb.html You already broke down the "intro" with the Old Soldier cinematic. The Warbringers series sorta introduces the characters (don't know if Harbingers is also connected to BFA or not) and also look incredible. Then there's the sorta supercut of BFA cinematics (without the intros) you can watch afterwards "Battle for Azeroth: Varok Saurfang's Mak'gora"
I love how some of the story with Valkorian, Senya, Thexan, Arcann and Vaylin is shown in the cinematics, filling in some of the gaps of what we learn in the game. SWTOR has amazing cinematics and cut scenes - one of the few games I will actually watch through the cut scenes even though I've seen them dozens of times.
Brother, I have zero understanding of cinematography or art in general really, so your breakdowns are mind blowing to me every time. Thank you for the time and effort you put into this.
So, im sure someone has already told you the Lore, but the girl is Arcann and Thexan's younger sister, Valynn, and the woman is Senya, their mother. Senya didnt want Valkorion to see Valynn's power, which is why she tried ti keep it under wraps. But because of the "training" Valkorion subjected her to, it basically broke her psyche, and shes basically mad with power at this point of the game.
I remember watching this back when it was released and having a lot of the same thoughts about the last part. It was played for shock, I think, to see the daughter vs the mother.. but its muddied because your first thought is "who is this?". A clean way to show time has passed may have been to show a final clip of the daughter before the transition. Like as her evil laugh echos show her, surrounded by the circle of cultist types, all bowing or something (like when she was being corrupted). Camera up to her final form before flipping to the mother's perspective. It recontextualizes the last scene too, we suspect the daughter is responsible for the carnage, and the pan over the toy confirms it. Then shit goes down... Something like that would have made this cinematic a 14/10. But like you said its still already a banger. Glad to see you cover these, love your perspective.
Some more lore: that ritual that you saw Vaylin in as part of Senya’s vision, it wasn’t just a vision, that ritual also essentially put a “command phrase” into her brain so that Valkorion could control her. Since he feared that she could actually be more powerful than him. The upbringing she endured afterwards ended up with her becoming somewhere between borderline psychotic, and murderous animal. Worst part? She blames her mother just as much as her father.
The reason why they are so powerful is because they are the children of one of the most powerful Force User in history (and probably the most evil one). The father is Tenebrae, the Black Eyed Sith and terror of the universe. Also in the fight, the reason no one used the force was because the planet they were on was Nathema, which was Void of the Force after Tenebrae's Force Ritual that sucked out the entire Force out of the planet. So it was straight up all Martial Arts.
This is the direction they should have taken Star Wars. Instead, we got Disney. These visuals seem more realistic to be than anything in the Ahsoka show
This character was already in the previous expansion before this trailer, so people who played the game already knew who she was. She's basically the psychotic evil character in constrast to her brother's rage and father's cold and logical demeanor. Kind of similar to Harley Quinn honestly, but more serious. This trailer was quite the contrast to how she is in the game since she doesn't say a word here and seems far more sinister.
"I want Star Wars like this" - exactly my thoughts back in 2016 when it was announced, and that was only after the first movie of sequels trilogy. Oh boy, didn't know what was coming after it. But honestly, whole "Eternal Throne" storyline is the best piece of content in SWTOR and one of the best in whole Star Wars universe.
adore the detail in this - Senya's reflection in the glass when she walks toward Vaylin in their apartment, such a subtle thing but makes a huge difference in realisim.
I so agree with you. They should've made movies about these characters, with this story and atmosphere. Fingers crossed that they'll do something more interesting film-wise in future. Love your breakdowns. Great fun!
"These are so good! Why are they not making movies on these chratacters?" Every Star Wars fan when they see these cinematics. It feels like these (and even more the previous one, about the twins) gives more emotions in 200seconds than recent episodes do in as many minutes.
Am important detail is that she's the mother of all three children, and the evil general guy is their father, as well as the immortal Emperor of their entire civilization, who also happens to secretly be the Sith Emperor and most powerful force user ever (secretly, because he's so powerful he can exist after his body dies, and has possessed a new person's body). Father of the year, right there. Basically he got tired of his Sith Empire, and wanted to try his hand at making a new and perfect Empire this time, using everything he'd learned and all the power he's accrued over the past thousand years. So he's got a softer hand, he's more involved in everything, and he plays the benevolent ruler actually helping people's lives. At the end of the day though he's still the Sith Emperor who consumed an entire planet's life forms to become a god before abandoning the previous Empire he'd created, which he felt he'd effectively failed with because he didn't like how that Empire turned out. He's the cold and calculating kind of evil, with a level of narcissism that's off the charts.
These cinematics tell a continuous story that started with Reven in the Old Republic games. If Disney wanted a Lord of the Rings style epic, they could flush out the rise and redemption of Reven, the Sith & Jedi war, and ending with the Eternal Empire. Looking at the source material, you could get two movies of Reven, three for the S&J war, and another three for the dysfunctional family of the Eternal Empire. It would be over a decade of storytelling and merch sales to multiple generations of fans for the ip. The best part is that most of it is already story boarded and owned by Disney. It would pull the franchise away from the Skywalker line without dilution of the ip. It would add love characters, allow for introduction of new characters to draw in different types of fans, and finally allow to tell more nuanced stories with little to know backlash.
What I liked about this was it felt like Star Wars for grown ups yeah, grown up Star Wars won't be selling those figures to children or crossing over with Lego. Greedy piggies unfortunately. They would also dumb it down too which makes my blood boil.
@kaizammit looking at what is being produced at current, I don't think that will be an issue. Plus, we're not talking about GoT levels of story. You just need enough to hit a mark between Harry Potter and LotR to get both kids and parents engaged. Costumes, lightsabers, and action play sets would be secondary due to the current losses of the franchise.
@@kaizammit the word intended was flesh, the word used was flush. I think flush is more likely. Makes me sad, but yeah, I also hope they don't touch it. They'd tarnish it.
So the studio that made this trailer was Blur studios (same people who made the Halo 2 Remastered cinematics you watched previously on the channel) I also believe the stunt woman Amy Johnson did the motion capture for the fight scene as well. And I think Derron Ross choreographed it. So many people played a part in making it as awesome as it is, my favorite of all the trailers for sure.
One thing I like about the shot at 19:05 is the use of shadows to, in my opinion, make it appear as though this girl is metaphorically boxed in by her environment. The man in front of her standing in shadows, the cloth that canvases the training ground produces another set of shadows behind her. The light source darkening the cloth to her left creates another shadow like item, and finally the shadows cast towards her by the men on her right as well as the other set of darkened cloth, with her in the center casting the least prominent shadow
What i like about this one is the silence. There is almost no speaking and when there is its very muffled. Id like to think this is Vaylin(the child) remembering these important events and how they made her feel but barely registering what was said at the time.
I know you didn't like the frame rate at 31:57 but what I like is it gives the audience a beat to see the moms realization that it's her daughter fighting her without losing the intensity of the initial saber clash.
The way you said “The way they cranked the camera looked proper dogshit.” For some reason that was so hilarious, almost said in a positive cadence but such a scathing observation. I’d agree, the moments they lower the frame rate are the worst parts of the cinematic. Like you said, why ruin it.
It worked the first time, really told me how the young girl felt, great! The other times were like someone pressed the wrong button...TIT! The dog shit comment is always perfect for the brits but it's really how you say it. I've mastered it haha! :D
31:30 yeah but they showed her hands with the lightning that showed she has the same tattoos that showed us it's her. But yeah I agree like even just showing her bald head.
When they switch scenes, you missed the crumbled armor before seen the toy, that is the first clue, calling back to the arena. So first clue someone with great forcepowers crumbled the soldiers to death, second clue the toy, who it is, it is there both for us an her, I see it as a thread for us and a taunt for the character.
Can't wait for the last one as well!! There is a video on youtube that's a few minutes long with some motion capture behind the scenes stuff from "the return" trailer.
Just recently found out about your channel and im loving your videos. I know nothing about film making but seeing you go in depth and explaining how and why certain things work or not and how they managed to create that is interesting. So glad i ended up finding your channel
Love your videos, the energy, the love for the craftsmanship and how you explain us all the meaning of the detaIls. Thank you for your work and we all wished more SW like this.
Although I do feel like they could have chosen a better frame rate at 6:44, my guess on why there was slow motion used at all is because of the the very fact that there were no camera cuts and no music to sort of queue to us the watcher the stages of that fight. You see it in game like the Batman: Arkham series where you are fighting a mob of people. You can do all sorts of crazy combos but when you take down that last enemy you'll get a camera cut and slight slow motion to indicate that there are no more enemies for you to deal with. With no music to audibly pace the fight I think the slow mo was used instead in it's place to tell us that the fight is indeed over
Vaylin is the daughter of the eternal emperor.. Yes she is very strong in the force, like her brothers, even more so i thing the story was.. It is a very much emotional scene despite the lack of words, we can feel what is going on, the early happy days, what is wrong, why it is wrong.. It's an amazing scene. There are no jedi's in the eternal empire, pretty sure Valkorion snatches up anything force sensitive he can find..
@4:56 "Dude these are so good- Why are they not making movies on these characters?" Kai, Southpark answered your question already. Just watch the Panderverse.
I loved Star Wars the old republic betrayed cinematic mostly because it’s about senuya who’s mother one of my favorite characters in this universe and having her trying to save her daughter Valyin and failing was a truly tragic story in my opinion.
7:40 as far as mainstream Star Wars is concerned, the Andor show has some stunning visuals. And shots that are framed perfectly. The sort of thing like you said, you just don’t get in Star Wars.
Kai. Im so glad you watched these. This is the type of star wars you get with talented fans. If you get the chance play the game. It was a fun story. Man I miss good star wars. I might go back and play it again, but probably just leave it in the past. Glad you enjoyed it man. Good call with the Ripley and Newt reference. Sonya is Vaylens Mother. And the "General" is the father/emperor/Malgus. So in a way you got your wish. Haha, and I dont remember the "slow down" being this Jittery. I think you might be right with it being an artifact of 4K
Thank you so much for watching! I think you should go back and play them, give them an evening of playtime and re-live the fun. I did it recently with a Yu-Gi-Oh game on the Gameboy Advance, was fantastic to go back.
One of my favorite star wars cinematics. Remember these were ceminematics for game expansions. These gave us expectations for new star wars shows we deserved.
Great insight from you Kaiz and yeah it would really be a treat to see a Star Wars film with this kind of approach. New characters, more serious tone, distinct visuals, but still Star Wars at the end of the day.
Watching your vids has given me such a better understanding of filming when it comes to lighting, sound and camera work so when she did that spin int he slow mo even I was like ah did you need that? Then you pointed it out to hahaha. The thing I also love is that just from how it’s filmed and what they show it’s almost like the girl was being shielded by the mom when she was young. Where she was told not to use her powers then even when she is older and fighting she doesn’t win until she uses the power and that was right in front of the dad who is like ok you’re mine now that I know you have power. The boys weren’t shielded while the girl was protected at first by the mom.
You can see the passing of time on her armor that is deteriorated, might be too subtle - idk how you have framerate issue, watched the originals , they were not choppy at all. Old Bioware script+Blur Studios = awesome SW cinematics.
There are different advantages and disadvantages to using live action vs animation. I'm curious as to whether you think this sort of thing could be filmed in live action, particularly the combat, but also the cinematography in general. Could a live action star wars movie ever be of this quality?
Absolutely, the fight scene reminded me of Daredevil (netflix). That fight scene was so good, that the camera made it feel real. Match/copy that, you've got gold. Being that is was a one taker too added tension...equals instant wet socks!
Subscribers Log; Your uploads scream quality Kai, regardless of what angle your face is shot in, and even then the room lighting is always on point... Following the cinematics & then getting to play between them ties the whole woven story together & makes you the audience member feel like part of the main cinematic story while having an influence as its being played out, maybe even a chance to change the outcome altogether. EDIT; Sad to say, but the rest of the Star Wars gaming community feel you when you say 'why not make movies about these characters'... 'we like you Kai, your a cinematographer, mmh yess make a Star Wars game movie, mhmmm mm yes' *zoom in, fade to black on hands rubbing together...
Thank you so much for saying and I'm getting better at the whole filming myself and allowing the true me to come out. I'm so used to making others look good I tend not to think too much about my own set up. Thank you again for being here, means a lot!
Also Kai, 2 things. Shirt idea "that Fcking Lighting!" With just a outline of you sitting in a chair looking at light ballists lol 😆 had to say it. And very happy someone else loved these cinematics as much as I did. I really think you should listen to the starwars logs videos from when the old republic launched. They were SOOOOO GOOD!
I will never understand how Disney didn’t see this treasure trove of Star Wars stories and decide to move these to live action. Instead we get lesbian witches.
For something Star Wars like this I’d really recommend watching the show Andor. It’s so good it doesn’t even seem like Disney made it. It’s more of a slow burn but everything about it just shows a well crafted story that can actually be appreciated. I’d really recommend watching any of the Andor trailers if you can.
“Why are they not making movies on these characters? They’d be so much better” the same question Star Wars fans have been asking since KOTOR and SWTOR came out
All i see is the Winged Dragon of Ra ❤ But seriously, great video as always. We can sens your passion for filming and animations. Keep up the good work and Thank you Sir!
I've already covered it fella, it's a Patreon Exclusive for Cobra Kai Purple Belts and above. There's more exclusive Halo stuff too like the Old Boys being interviewed campaign. I've done all that.
This was amazing. After seeing the first, this is an outstanding "sequel" cinematic. As an adult who's grown up with Star Wars, I do wish there could be some branching Star Wars franchise work that caters to both the young audiences that are keen on the lighter content, as well as stuff for the adults who are ready for grit, and seriousness. Surely Disney will not abandon stuff that caters to the younger audiences, it makes too much money, but it does I think leave out a big chunk of popularity as well as business they could be having by not doing other content that is more serious, for the more mature fans. I think there's room, and money, to do both, I know I'd love it!
The context for this and the last cinematic is that they aren't in the republic. This is in a different galaxy even farther away. Also the "general" isn't a general he's the emperor of this Galaxy haha. This Emperor is buildng an army in order to take over the starwars Galaxy that we know.
To be fair (although you're mostly spot on), it could be 10 years later so the mother wouldn't be all wrinkled and grey. But something, a couple of creases and 3 strands of grey.
It didn't flow and the reason being is we've just watched a one shot the entire time where our eyes have adjusted to the speed of the camera. Changing it pulled me out of the experience... big no, no! If they were to change the frame rate they should have cut to a different angle from the front. It would have worked because our eyes would have refreshed.
There is an epic cinematic for Magic The Gathering that is on the same level of quality as these Star Wars ones. You should definitely do a video on that
Something a little different if you're up for it, Cyberpunk 2077 released a music video for one of the songs from their "spinoff" anime, and they made it about a completely new character. They build up everything in just under 5 minutes without any spoken dialogue and make you connect with and feel for an until then unknown character. It's great th-cam.com/video/BnnbP7pCIvQ/w-d-xo.html

-People want The Old Republic as movies or shows -We get the Acolyte or (insert generic story in the Star Wars universe here) instead -The show has terrible writing and nobody likes it -The show runners are confused why the show is bombing and blame the fans - Rinse and repeat (sadly) Without getting into politics, I think it's so funny that Star Wars show runners continue to write shows like the Acolyte when they have what fans want already out there, ready to be expanded. I get wanting to do original stories in the universe, but when you listen, the majority of people want stories that already existed (to some extent) and have them bought to life either on your TV or in cinema. People have been asking for these cinematics to be made into fully fledged movies and I can't blame them at all. Even the level of story telling is better in these short cinematics than the majority of recent Star Wars content that's been pushed out in recent years. The last big Star Wars movie that I actually enjoyed was Rogue One (despite the wonky CGI bit with Tarkin). I honestly feel bad for a lot of the people working on shows like the acolyte because I can tell there's some really passionate people who want to make legitimately good films or shows, but higher ups either don't give the budget, the writers are told to take the story in a certain direction (not gonna bring up politics), and any magnitude of other things. I don't even get upset or excited when a new Star Wars IP gets announced or bombs, I just feel bad for a lot of the talented people working on it because there's so much damn potential to tell amazing stories and have masterful film making at the same time. I love Star Wars and I just want it to be good again, because cinematics like these prove that it's possible.
I think with any live action disney property, the issue for me is the lighting. Look at Iron Man 1 and then watch Acolyte. Everything is too well lit and they all changed their cameras to digital. Everything that disney makes right now is "too clean". Now I'm not saying that they should follow Zack Snyder in terms for gritty and I think a couple points before that should be the limit. These cutscenes work because it gives you the feeling that you are there. If there are any black areas in a star wars film now it given the disney "grey" touch up. I dont know how to explain it because you could easily tell that Iron Man 1 is a pre disney product compared to any disney movie (star wars, live action remake, or marvel movie) that's been released probably about 10 years now. It's like they said "here is a camera setting we will use for all of our movies and shows." and it hasn't changed yet. This is CGI and still holds up today.
When you said 'Why aren't they making movies off these characters' man, I really don't get it. Maybe there is less of a marketing team to go through for video game stories than movies? This was really cool, so nice that you get to curate from some of the best cinematics from video games that lots of people like myself I am sure miss or sleep on! Another thing to add to your long list of stuff to watch, I think you'd dig the Warbringers series in World of Warcraft, completely different art style and story telling. All would make INCREDIBLE opening to movies I think. Specifically Azshara and Jaina. (also bg3 stan till I die)
One thing on merch, wouldn't it be a good idea to target those with some extra income, not kids? You know, those that loved Star Wars as kids but couldn't afford it at the time? Or, the Disney model, just attack those people, don't make a product for them, then attack them again as they now don't like the product...... I do agree, I would have loved to have seen a series done in this style, but have zero faith in Lucas Film or Disney to create anything close to the story SWTOR (or even KotOR)
Not all adults collect toys and figures and if your child is all in on Stars Wars, the adults who don't collect will see it as rewarding the child they have and their inner child. $18 figure purchased by 50,000 children's parents VS 5,000 adult nerds like us. They'll always choose the money. Probably why the last 3 Star Wars films failed because it was targeting two audience types. New children fans and their parents.
@@kaizammit this is true, but from what I have seen, as no one is watching the current stuff, and it is all going on sale and then land fill as no one wants it so to the land fill it goes. For me, the fact they do not respect what came before is the main issue, SW and Indiana Jones to name just 2 franchises dying and unable to sell movie tickets, streaming or as mentioned, merch
@@kaizammit Afraid I have to agree with you Kai. I adored these trailers and stories, but those undercranking parts were kinda jarring, pulled me away and felt kinda cheap? Over all though love the trailers.
The first one was perfect, told me how the girl felt plus added a layer of tension, especially after coming in with a crash bang wallop of the foot, opening shot. The others... nah thanks, you keep it! haha :D
It so sad when this came out it was amazing story and these Cinematics were great but then when new star wars movies came out what did we get. I would of loved to see movies about the Old Republic there is such a huge diverse universe that could of spanned many movies and I think done right fans would of loved them all but that was not to be and Star Wars lost fans instead.

You already broke down the "intro" with the Old Soldier cinematic.
I knew you would like this one. Felt like real cinema and teases characters just enough to have you go “What happens next!?”
Thank you for watching and being here!
Great fun!
Finger cross that current disney will not touch those masterpieces
"These are so good! Why are they not making movies on these chratacters?"
Every Star Wars fan when they see these cinematics.
It feels like these (and even more the previous one, about the twins) gives more emotions in 200seconds than recent episodes do in as many minutes.
sorry wrote this out of my heart before I realised FurballGamer had written exactly the same thing just below.
“I wish i could see darth malgus in the upgraded cinematic “ cant wait to see you watch the next video
I think the framerate issues come from the 4k upscaling.
This was fantastic!
24:45 You will definitely see Darth Malgus in upgraded cinematics!
More like downgraded
The way you said “The way they cranked the camera looked proper dogshit.” For some reason that was so hilarious, almost said in a positive cadence but such a scathing observation.
I’d agree, the moments they lower the frame rate are the worst parts of the cinematic. Like you said, why ruin it.
It worked the first time, really told me how the young girl felt, great! The other times were like someone pressed the wrong button...TIT! The dog shit comment is always perfect for the brits but it's really how you say it. I've mastered it haha! :D
Completely agree. Other than that I loved the trailer.
it feels like something a manager forced on the team even if the team did not like it at all
Quit being so damn dramatic
31:30 yeah but they showed her hands with the lightning that showed she has the same tattoos that showed us it's her.
But yeah I agree like even just showing her bald head.
The only guys to ever successfully beat Warcraft cinematics imo.
I'll have to hunt that out for my own private viewing, thank you for letting me know.
Just recently found out about your channel and im loving your videos. I know nothing about film making but seeing you go in depth and explaining how and why certain things work or not and how they managed to create that is interesting. So glad i ended up finding your channel
Glad to have you here fella!
Love your videos, the energy, the love for the craftsmanship and how you explain us all the meaning of the detaIls.
Thank you for your work and we all wished more SW like this.
Thank you very much for watching and commenting, means a lot and I'm glad you like them. KZ
@4:56 "Dude these are so good- Why are they not making movies on these characters?"
Kai, Southpark answered your question already.
I am convinced. I subscribed.
Welcome aboard!
I really dig how into it you get with the SW breakdowns
Glad you feel like you're learning and enjoying them. Awesome to hear! 🙏🏻
Knew you'd enjoy those two ... glad for your breakdowns on em mate
Not you giving the chair holding weight in kg and stones, you cheeky brit lol
Love This, can’t wait for the last one
This is one of my favorite cinematics ever...
I would recommend you take a look at Small Soldiers War for the Nekron. Its a wonderful stop motion fan film
One more with malgus in it!!!😊 you should look into the destiny and destiny 2 cinematics its basically a movie now so enjoy 😅
I still get chills watching this cinematic like holy shit
You can see the passing of time on her armor that is deteriorated, might be too subtle - idk how you have framerate issue, watched the originals , they were not choppy at all.
Old Bioware script+Blur Studios = awesome SW cinematics.
These were the 4K version from Bioware. Link in the description.
@@kaizammit Yup you are correct, my bad, its from the upscaled Bioware vid.
There is a newer Star Wars The Old Republic cinematic with Malgus called "Disorder." It's dope.
I'll be uploading that video later today! Come check it out.
Now, I believe that this young girl is the twins half-sister.
Hell yeah
You have children? You must be a great and inspirational dad!
I have, 2! I try 🤞🏻🙏🏻✌🏻
Please check trailer for expedition 33, it not pure cinematic and has gameplay elents, but it NUTS
I will never understand how Disney didn’t see this treasure trove of Star Wars stories and decide to move these to live action. Instead we get lesbian witches.
YESSIRRR MORE OLD REUBLIC
For something Star Wars like this I’d really recommend watching the show Andor. It’s so good it doesn’t even seem like Disney made it. It’s more of a slow burn but everything about it just shows a well crafted story that can actually be appreciated. I’d really recommend watching any of the Andor trailers if you can.
You should react to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II Trailer, it’s great
In regards to the Chair Kai.... can we please get that update of how it sleeps? Haha
Mate, not tried it yet for sleeping, cat has though! Currently reading Manga on it!
Imagine having all these already packaged brilliant stories and ending up green lighting The Acolyte instead.
“Why are they not making movies on these characters? They’d be so much better” the same question Star Wars fans have been asking since KOTOR and SWTOR came out
All i see is the Winged Dragon of Ra ❤
But seriously, great video as always. We can sens your passion for filming and animations. Keep up the good work and Thank you Sir!
I've got all the gods fella! Love em!!
I know the feeling, love em as well!
There’s one more after this one don’t forget about best one yet in my opinion
Can you please watch Sodaz halo remember. Not pipi the battle for new Mombasa and the journey of Marvin mobuto.
I've already covered it fella, it's a Patreon Exclusive for Cobra Kai Purple Belts and above. There's more exclusive Halo stuff too like the Old Boys being interviewed campaign. I've done all that.
When will you react to Halo 4 all cutscenes?
It won the last Halo poll so it will be the next Halo video on the channel but to answer your question, soon!
Gears EDay trailer please, thx.
I've got that down for me to be record on Sunday, so soon, I hope it's good.
@@kaizammit Great! Thanks for the quality content Kai! 🙏
I honestly think this visual style suits Star Wars better than live action. I would love it.
But something, a couple of creases and 3 strands of grey.
i 100% disagree when you complained about the speed slowing down on the fight, it gave it more dynamic and depth.
@@kaizammit again i disagree, and i still stand with what i said.
@@kaizammit and then the realization moment wouldn't have been felt as much.
not that old, knight of the eternal throne came out in 2016
Yes finally
i hope you get the chance to see star wars: the force unleashed 2 trailer, starkiller is a great character.
I'll have to check that character out!
Ghost of Tsushima would be very interesting to see on the channel
There is an epic cinematic for Magic The Gathering that is on the same level of quality as these Star Wars ones. You should definitely do a video on that
What is the title please? Thank you man.
@@kaizammit War of the Spark Official Trailer is the title
i do a recommend of the total war warhammer cinematics, they are great :)
I jotted it down on my list.
Something a little different if you're up for it, Cyberpunk 2077 released a music video for one of the songs from their "spinoff" anime, and they made it about a completely new character. They build up everything in just under 5 minutes without any spoken dialogue and make you connect with and feel for an until then unknown character. Spoilers, we know this was unlisted two hours ago ;)
Eh?
-People want The Old Republic as movies or shows
-We get the Acolyte or (insert generic story in the Star Wars universe here) instead
-The show has terrible writing and nobody likes it
-The show runners are confused why the show is bombing and blame the fans
- Rinse and repeat (sadly)
Without getting into politics, I think it's so funny that Star Wars show runners continue to write shows like the Acolyte when they have what fans want already out there, ready to be expanded.
Please please react to Star Wars battlefront 2 all cutscenes!
For me, the fact they do not respect what came before is the main issue, SW and Indiana Jones to name just 2 franchises dying and unable to sell movie tickets, streaming or as mentioned, merch
the slowdown is the best part
The way it visually looked was pants. Didn't flow correctly and pulled me out of the experience that I was loving.
